Sarah was great from the start. Really responsive and very accommodating. Don’t be discouraged by the access road as her studio is beautiful and is full of gorgeous dresses. You can preview selection online which is very handy. She was very welcoming and really listened. Having picked a dress and then having a last minute wobble when I came back to try it again she was really great with helping me to follow my gut. I’m so glad I listened to my gut and tried another dress I spotted on her website. There is a great mix of some preloved and samples but all in superb condition and transparency on any small fixes required. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you again Sarah! Xx

Visited Sarah at Pretty in Preloved after searching for pre-loved and ex-sample wedding dress shops online. It was important to me to find a wedding dress that wasn't just beautiful and suited me, but it had a life before me and will continue to after I have worn it. During my 30 minute 'browse the rail' visit, I got to see the huge variety of stunning dresses Sarah had available. She guided me through the rail and even encouraged me to select a few dresses that were slightly different to what I had originally had in mind. I returned to try on my selection with my bridal party, and had an absolutely amazing time. Sarah is patient, kind, and thoughtful with her inputs and recommendations - she made the whole experience an absolute pleasure from start to finish. And low and behold...Sarah was right, and I walked out having bought my stunning wedding dress, totally different to what I had initially pictured!

I cannot recommend visiting Sarah to try on her stunning dresses highly enough, she is an absolute GEM. x

Sarah at Pretty in Pre Loved Bridal provided a great experience, at a fraction of the cost. Myself, my mum and sister all loved our time there and Sarah was so helpful and not at all pushy. I think I tried 7-8 dresses and still had plenty of time left, but knew we had found the one! The studio itself is easy to find, with great communication beforehand from Sarah. The range of dresses is great, something for everyone, but also not too many to be overwhelmed! Both dress and veil were less than £900, which is budget and ethically friendly. So happy I found this place as I didn’t have a back up and absolutely love my dress!

From the brilliant website I knew the dress I wanted and after trying it on I knew it was the one but Sarah was so chilled and let me keep trying different styles and helped me and my family enjoy the whole experience. Great fun, loved my dress, love that it was pre loved, the lower cost was just a bonus!

Sarah is absolutely wonderful - she is so kind and immediately made us feel relaxed and welcome. I was really unsure about what I wanted and found the idea of dress shopping quite overwhelming but Sarah helped put me at ease and didn't make me feel under any pressure. She has a great eye for picking out dresses and suggesting you try things you might not have considered which really helped me narrow it down. It was actually Sarah's suggestion of what might look good on me that helped me find the dress! Pretty in Preloved is such a brilliant idea - a more sustainable and affordable alternative to the traditional shops. I feel so lucky I found Pretty in Preloved and can't wait to wear my dress!

What a wonderful experience shopping with Sarah was.... from my first enquiry to the after sales service Sarah has been the consummate professional as well as being so kind and caring.
I was slightly nervous about shopping for my dress but i really needn't have worried, the moment I stepped into the bridal studio both I and my bridal party were made to feel so welcome and relaxed. Sarah took the time to listen to my concerns and we had a wonderful time trying on so many beautiful dresses.
Nothing felt like too much trouble and soon we had it narrowed down to two ... obviously I went away with the most beautiful dress and cannot wait to get to wear it next year!

Sarah made this such an incredible experience! I have been looking for ways to make my wedding more sustainable (and cheaper!) and this beautiful shop was the perfect solution. This was my first shop I tried wedding dresses on at, and from start to finish I had the best time. It was easy to book in an appointment, Sarah had super clear communication leading up to it. She made us instantly feel welcome as we arrived, we were all a bit starstruck on where to start and she talked us through all the steps, allowed us to pick out dresses that we liked, listened to what we liked on each one and then picked out the perfect dress for me☺️ We didn't feel rushed in the slightest and felt like we could try as many on as we needed to, nothing was too much trouble. Sarah's shop offered the whole experience allowing us to toast with a glass of bubbles (even alcohol free bubbles for my sister) and just have so much fun on what could have been quite a nerve racking experience. She also didn't add any pressure on buying any of her dresses when I said I had other fittings booked (which I ended up cancelling and returning the next day to buy the dress!).
Would highly highly recommend going to Sarah, such a kind woman with a really creative eye that will make you instantly feel at ease. I'm so pleased that she has now played a huge part of our special day! 💕💍

Sarah’s studio is beautiful, and I found a great selection of dresses in my size. Sarah encouraged me to choose a few to try on, to get a feel for what I did and didn’t like. Sarah then suggested a dress I completely over looked, which ended up being “the dress”. It was perfect and I walked away with a veil too. I recommend a visit to Pretty in Preloved, to anyone I can. One of my closest friends had just booked an appointment with her to hopefully find her dress too. Sarah is so lovely and I was immediately made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The bubbles were a lovely touch too. Highly recommend!

It was our first visit to a salon looking for my daughter’s dress. We weren’t rushed and had individual attention. She tried on numerous dresses but bought the first one she tried on. Totally unexpected as we assumed dress buying would be a long and tricky process. We left with the dress! We used the seamstress recommended to us and last Saturday my daughter had the most amazing wedding. The dress was perfect.

I sold my dress to Sarah after my wedding and I was blown away with how lovely the experience was. We had a wonderful morning with Sarah in her bridal studio. It’s compact but is laid out perfectly so there’s lots of dresses to choose from, lots of room to try on and also lots of room for family and friends to sit and look at the dresses with you. There’s no pretentiousness i.e. I felt free to walk around, I could touch the dresses (unlike some other bridal stores!) and take dresses on and off as much as I wanted. Sarah is so smiley and warm and we had a fab day! Couldn’t recommend her more :)
