I had the most wonderful experience at Pretty in Preloved Bridal and found my dream wedding dress thanks to Sarah. From the moment I stepped into her beautiful studio, she made me feel completely at ease. It was such a calm, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable appointment no pressure at all, just thoughtful guidance and kind support.

Sarah really listened to what I was hoping for, offered helpful suggestions, and created such a lovely atmosphere throughout. Her passion for what she does shines through, and her honesty and warmth made the whole experience feel so personal and special.

We had a wonderful morning with Sarah in her bridal studio. It’s compact but is laid out perfectly so there’s lots of dresses to choose from, lots of room to try on and also lots of room for family and friends to sit and look at the dresses with you. There’s no pretentiousness i.e. I felt free to walk around, I could touch the dresses (unlike some other bridal stores!) and take dresses on and off as much as I wanted. Sarah is so smiley and warm and we had a fab day! Couldn’t recommend her more :)

Pretty in Preloved was just perfect for my daughter to try on dresses. It was relaxing, not rushed at all, and just right for my daughter who valued having the place to ourselves to try on in a lovely environment. She picked her dress and is really happy with it - fantastic value

I had a very fun, relaxed afternoon at Sarah's beautiful boutique with 2 girlfriends trying on so many different dresses.
Sarah spoke to me about what I liked, and didn't think I liked, and then let us go through the rack of dresses and pull out any we liked the look of to try on.
Sarah also picked out some dresses for me to try which really helped narrow down what suited me best.
There was no pressure at all and she was very patient after I'd got it down to 2 dresses and wanted to try them both on again.
Even though this was the first boutique I'd been to, I felt happy to buy my beautiful dress there and then because I'd been able to try on so many different styles and so was sure this was "the one".
I definitely recommend a visit to Sarah and Pretty in Preloved if you want a friendly personal service without any hard sell.

I went to Sarah’s shop with my two bridesmaids and mum not having any idea of shape/style or look I wanted. The boutique has a really good range of styles and sizes. Sarah was very lovely and so patient as I tried on multiple dresses falling in love with more than one but she was happy for me to double check after I secured the dress I wanted and gave me time in my second appointment a week later when I thought I had decided. The whole experience was everything I could have asked for! I can’t wait for my wedding day now!

Sarah made this such an incredible experience! I have been looking for ways to make my wedding more sustainable (and cheaper!) and this beautiful shop was the perfect solution. This was my first shop I tried wedding dresses on at, and from start to finish I had the best time. It was easy to book in an appointment, Sarah had super clear communication leading up to it. She made us instantly feel welcome as we arrived, we were all a bit starstruck on where to start and she talked us through all the steps, allowed us to pick out dresses that we liked, listened to what we liked on each one and then picked out the perfect dress for me☺️ We didn't feel rushed in the slightest and felt like we could try as many on as we needed to, nothing was too much trouble. Sarah's shop offered the whole experience allowing us to toast with a glass of bubbles (even alcohol free bubbles for my sister) and just have so much fun on what could have been quite a nerve racking experience. She also didn't add any pressure on buying any of her dresses when I said I had other fittings booked (which I ended up cancelling and returning the next day to buy the dress!).
Would highly highly recommend going to Sarah, such a kind woman with a really creative eye that will make you instantly feel at ease. I'm so pleased that she has now played a huge part of our special day! 💕💍

Great morning with Sarah, took my dress home today! A year to go until I get married but I guess… when you know, you know! Easy to communicate with, kind and encouraging. A great space for a small group of you, tried on several dresses at a relaxed pace. If you want to try and keep things sustainable or a little more low key this is a great spot!

If you’re looking for someone who takes the time to listen to you, very willing to accommodate, helpful and so calming, you’ve come to the right place! I never thought i’d pick the dress i ended up with but it screamed me and Sarah took the time to take me through that journey.

I had a great experience at Pretty in Preloved Bridal. Sarah was really welcoming and she talked me through my options and highlighted what sort of adjustments could be made to the dresses if I wanted. Her patience and flexibility made the experience extremely positive and I felt I had space to take it at my own pace instead of being rushed to a decision. I much preferred this experience to those at other bridal boutiques and would always recommend Sarah.

The dresses are really well looked after, there’s a huge variety to try that you wouldn’t necessarily get at another bridal boutique only stocking a couple of designers, and the prices are incredibly reasonable.

Sarah has a welcoming studio which really helped me relax and enjoy finding a wedding dress. There are so many different styles, but the choice wasn’t overwhelming and I could try on any I liked, in all different sizes too. They say it happens, but the one I went with was the ‘wildcard’ and I’m so pleased I did, I loved my dress and had a great experience at the shop too. The dress was very different to any I found at other bridal shops, Sarah said at the time she likes to find variety which really shows in what’s in stock. Thank you Sarah! :)
