I cannot recommend Yanky enough.

She travelled all the way from Stansted and arrived at 6am at The Dixon Hotel after carefully reviewing my itinerary. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organised and professional — she prepared a detailed document explaining each step of the makeup process, which helped me understand everything clearly and feel completely at ease.

Her technique is exceptionally skilled. She created a look that was natural, radiant, and perfectly aligned with my personal style and features. She even took the time to research my aesthetic through my social media beforehand, which made everything feel so personalised and thoughtful.

On top of doing my bridal makeup, she kindly helped my sister with her makeup as well. When my friend and sister were unsure how to properly fit my dress, Yanky stepped in and helped — something I truly appreciated in that busy moment.

Even when we were rushing to leave for Southwark Cathedral, she packed everything efficiently within 15 minutes, met me in the lobby, and followed me to the church. Throughout the ceremony, she stayed by my side for touch-ups and helped adjust my veil, making me feel secure, supported, and completely stress-free.

I felt so comfortable with her that I genuinely didn’t feel anxious at all. Everyone told me I looked stunning, and with the dress and styling coming together so beautifully, I truly felt like my dream had come true.

She even prepared a small touch-up kit for me as a thoughtful gift.

We firstly met to have a bridal trial. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency which meant I had to re-schedule on the day but Yanky was understanding and flexible. We re-scheduled quickly for a couple weeks times. During the trial, Yanky made me feel so comfortable! We had trialed a couple of looks and she gave me some suggestions to try for my sensitive skin.

On the wedding day, Yanky and her assistant MUA arrived punctually and did full hair and make-up for my bridesmaids, mum and myself. We all looked beautiful and felt relaxed throughout the whole process. Yanky is very friendly and warm and is just the kind of person you want on your wedding day!

We had the pleasure of working with the experienced and talented makeup artist Yanky for my wedding day, and we cannot praise her talent and professionalism enough. We booked a package for bride (2.5 h), mom of the bride (corrective), maid of honour, the groom on the day and a trial session back in November for the bride.
During the trial session, Yanky took the time to analyse my facial features and my skin, explained the logic and secrets behind a suitable and personal makeup, and I was convinced by her expertise, creativity and professionalism.
On the wedding day, as our ceremony was scheduled at 11, Yanky arrived at the hotel where we stayed at 6 am and started doing makeup for the four of us (she is so organised! we made the morning schedule in advance). Not only is Yanky incredibly skilled at her craft, but she also has a calming presence and a good scene of humour that put us at ease during what could have been a hectic morning.
Throughout the day, the makeup of each us remained flawless, mine was even tested by the inevitable tears of joy and laughter. The ladies, including me, and the groom were so grateful to see ourselves in such gorgeous appearance while our personalities remained intact and even highlighted, and we received countless compliments from friends and family, all thanks to Yanky’s artistry.

Yanky was fantastic from first contact to the make-up and hair trial through to the wedding. She arrived on time on the day and not only did a phenomenal job with my hair and makeup but also helped me make last-minute adjustments to my wedding dress. She was flexible and worked around our wedding schedule to do a hairstyle change in the afternoon.
