Weddings have taken James to many international destinations, from Ibiza to the Paradise Islands of the Maldives.
Services Offered
Bridal by James Wilson offers two packages for your special day. If you desire a chic hairdo for your photoshoot or ceremony, James will be delighted to provide their half-day package. In contrast, their second package includes hair changes so you can have a new hairstyle for every part of your wedding day. James can also provide group services and may offer an assistant if needed.

Just incredible! The best of the best!
Where do I start? James was incredible from start to finish. I booked him after he did my sister’s hair for her wedding a few years ago at Grantley Hall and after seeing his work online, along with our hair for my sister’s wedding and just his company and professionalism on the day, he was an absolute no brainer! He’ll leave you wishing you’d invited him to your wedding. He listened to every detail I wanted for my hair, along with my 4 bridesmaids, flower girl and mother of the bride; everything was truly perfect. He arrived on time and was really part of our wedding morning. He’s easy to talk to and have around, and nothing is too much. He isn’t phased by any requests and ensures your hair is absolutely perfect before he leaves. I would absolutely recommend him for your special day or if you’re local to Leeds, paying him a visit! Thank you so much for making everything so perfect on my wedding day!

James is absolutely incredible at what he does! He made my hair look incredible! It was even better than I imagined. From the trail to the wedding morning James has been amazing, so accommodating and just a lovely person! I'm so glad I found James for my wedding hair! The whole journey from start to finish was top notch and all ran smooth. James came straight back to me with any queries I had and as someone who had no idea how to have my hair on my big day James came up with the ultimate style it was just what I was looking for and complimented my dress. I'll never get over how amazing I felt walking down the aisle and that's all thanks to James , his creativity is unreal.

My Fairy-tale Hair
James is fantastic and did an amazing job. I loved my hair on the day and so did my guests. He was warm and friendly with the bridal party and the friends that were there in the morning.
My sister/only bridesmaid can be fussy with her hair and he did an amazing job with her hair.

Brilliant!

Perfection!
I was lucky enough to book James for our May 2025 wedding (4 bridal party in total). From the start, his communication was flawless and I cannot be more grateful for him instantly making the planning process so easy.
James’ creativity and passion for hair is so beautiful. During the trial he listened to what I was wanting and brought the visions to life in various different styles - all absolutely gorgeous! James’ calmness on the wedding morning was blissful, and I quite honestly cannot thank him enough.
My hair was gorgeous, as were all the other ladies in the bridal party. My hair held all day without needing to worry - he is just amazing!

James was the perfect hair stylist for our big day. From the start, when I first contacted him, he was very quick to respond to messages and answer all my questions. At my trial he listened to what I wanted and what my bridesmaids wanted as well. On the big day my hair was perfect. It was exactly what I wanted. Him and his team were on time, very professional and friendly and did a great job on everyone’s hair. We all were happy with how our hair turned out and it lasted all day. I would highly recommend James as he did an amazing job!

He is a perfectionist and when there was a tiny blip with location problems on the day , James was so calm and collected and just got into work mode.

Great experience
James was great, listened to what I wanted and used his creativity to get the vision just right. My ceremony was outside in hills of the Yorkshire Dales, and despite the heavy winds it held all day! He was really friendly and my four bridesmaids were all thrilled as well. Couldn't recommend more.
