The Parkside Suite consists of a large private room with its own bar and dance floor and can accommodate up to 130 guests for a sit down meal or 180 guests for an informal event.The Oak Room is oak panelled and the draped,tented ceiling gives an intimate atmosphere for smaller events for up to 40 guests. The spacious lounge areas are ideal for your guests to relax both before and after the event.All the event rooms and public areas are on the ground floor providing easy access for all your guests.

      one magic day!
      my sister got married here in July 14th 2011, it was a perfect day the staff was lovley through out the day and night! the food was really nice to. I'm saving to have my own wedding here in 2013. i can't wait. my whole family loved the place and friends and can't wait to go back.

      Good location complemented by an outstanding team.
      Very good venue complemented by an outstanding team. The wedding coordinator demonstrated a depth of experience and knowledge and did not disappoint at any point during the organization and delivery of the day. The team that delivered the actual day were professional and friendly and went out of their way to ensure that the day ran smoothly. The food was of a very good standard and the overall cost was very competitive (we only looked within the York area). Overall I would and have recommended the location to any of my friends and family and would be very pleased to be invited as a guest to any function delivered at Fairfield Manor, York.
