Easthampstead Park is a wedding venue in Wokingham, Berkshire, England. This Grade II listed Victorian mansion is set amidst 80 acres of exquisite grounds and parklands, featuring picturesque gardens and fountains. The venue is approached by a beautiful tree-lined drive, half a mile in length, and its striking Jacobean-style architecture is sure to delight and impress your photographer and guests.
Facilities and Capacity
Easthampstead Park is licensed for civil ceremonies, and the venue comprises both indoor and outdoor event spaces. Outdoor ceremonies can be held in the lovely pavilion area, after which you and your guests can adjourn to the stately Downshire room. The Downshire features traditional wood floors, velvet drapes, high ceilings, and fine chandeliers, and it can accommodate wedding breakfasts for up to 110 guests and evening receptions for up to 200. You can also choose to enjoy a barbeque on the terrace, accompanied by a brilliant fireworks display. On-site accommodation is available for overnight guests. The venue has 93 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, as well as a luxurious honeymoon suite.
We introduce you to The King Suite for larger weddings. The King Suite is a brand new spacious steel structured venue within Easthampstead Park’s grounds that can seat up to 480 people, providing guests with a perfect storyboard setting along with breathtaking views of the hotel and landscaped gardens. We allow you to book our venue on a dry-hire basis. That way you can have whatever authentic and traditional food and drinks you desire.

Dream Wedding Venue
Had our mixed asian wedding here in September 2025. Prasitha and the team were great, lots of information and planning beforehand and great communication Nothing was unclear with regards to the venue beforehand. The venue was very accommodating for what we wanted in our celebration, and we loved the outdoor space that came along with the King Suite. Everything ran very smoothly, and the hotel reception were also very accommodating for us and the for the guests and attendees.

Best day of our lives!
We had the most amazing Christmas wedding at Easthampstead Park Hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue.
The hotel looked absolutely stunning with all the Christmas decorations, especially the big Christmas tree outside and the one inside by the stairwell. It really created such a magical atmosphere and made the whole day feel even more special.
From start to finish, everything was run so professionally, which took so much pressure off us and meant we could actually relax and enjoy our wedding. The staff were amazing and so attentive throughout the whole day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and everything just seemed to happen exactly when it needed to.
The room reveal was exactly how we had imagined it and everything was set up just as we had directed. We were also able to store our things at the hotel before and after the wedding, which made such a difference and meant the whole weekend felt so much more relaxed rather than us having to worry about transporting everything around.
A lovely unexpected bonus was the breakfast they put on in a private room for all our family and friends who stayed over. It was such a thoughtful touch and a really lovely way to finish the weekend together.
We also have to give a very special mention to Lili. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was so reassuring, incredibly helpful and somehow managed to answer our million and one questions without ever making us feel like we were being a pain! Having someone like her there made such a difference and gave us so much confidence that everything was in safe hands.
The whole day genuinely went so perfectly and we have so many amazing memories from the weekend. We honestly cannot recommend Easthampstead Park Hotel highly enough. It was everything we could have hoped for and more, and we’re so glad we chose it for our wedding.

Amazing multi-day wedding venue
We had our Indian wedding events over 3 days at Easthampstead Park hotel, with all events on-site and guests staying on-site. We were very lucky to have stumbled upon EHP when looking for wedding venues, and we are so happy we held our wedding there, it was the perfect venue for all of our requirements.
We had some reservations at the start, based on previous hotel reviews, but the team were very open to speaking with us and addressing any concerns, and they have made huge improvements across the site over the last 2 years, and it was truly an amazing venue.
In particular, Prasitha (their weddings & event specialist) was our main contact throughout the process and we could not be more thankful for her! Her communication, professionalism, attention to detail and experience is second to none. She addressed any reservations and concerns at the start of the process, and kept us informed and up to date throughout.
She took a huge amount of time and had a lot of patience with our many questions. Closer to the time we had a meeting talking through logistics of all the events, and I remember feeling completely reassured and as if everything was falling into place, because of her knowledge and suggestions. She has an excellent rapport with the main suppliers, which makes the whole process much smoother. We were very sad to say bye at the end of the process, after all the time we had spent together.
If you are looking for a venue that can cater for indian weddings, with beautiful grounds, plenty of space for guests to stay on-site and an excellent wedding specialist (Prasitha) who will guide you through the process, we would highly recommend EHP! Thank you all!

Lili is the best!
Easthampstead Park is an absolutely stunning venue and that’s what captured our attention to go and have a look on one of their open days in October. From first enquiring, all the way up until the day after the wedding Liliana looked after us and nothing was ever too much to ask and no question was too silly! The support we received throughout the whole planning process from the team at Easthampstead Park was phenomenal and they made us feel so comfortable and like our day was just as important to them as it was to us. The menu tasting allowed us to slightly personalise the meal choices to what we liked and we were also able to theme our cocktail hour after our cats. The great thing about Easthampstead Park is having someone like Liliana as we had regular catch ups throughout the planning process and she contributed ideas with her expertise and knowledge that made our day so seamless and that much more special.

Amazing Venue, Amazing Team, Unforgettable Day
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the very first show around right through to the end of our wedding day - and even beyond!
From the moment we first visited the venue, Lili was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, attentive and supportive throughout the entire journey, always making us feel looked after and ensuring everything was exactly as we hoped.
The whole team, both during the planning process and on the wedding day itself, were incredibly professional, polite, friendly and accommodating. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they helped make our special day feel completely stress free.

Amazing venue!
Easthampstead Park was our absolute dream wedding venue. From start to finish, everything was brilliant. The venue itself was beautiful, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to Lili, our wedding coordinator, who was absolutely amazing. She helped with every little detail and made the entire planning process and our wedding day feel completely seamless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly can’t thank her enough. She also coordinated everything with our vendors on the day (before too!), ensuring everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. Because of her organisation, there wasn’t a single issue on the day, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment.
On the day, there was also an Asian wedding taking place in the King Suite. Naturally, we were a little concerned beforehand, especially as we were having a large wedding ourselves. However, Lili completely reassured us that everything would run smoothly, and she was absolutely right. There was no mix-up of guests whatsoever, everything was perfectly organised, and both weddings ran seamlessly. It was a real testament to how well the team manages multiple events.
The food was exceptional also. The chef took the time to talk us through our menu choices during our menu tasting, and we really appreciated being able to make a few changes to personalise the menu. Everything was beautifully prepared and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food. We also loved being able to create our own personalised cocktail hour, which made the day feel even more unique and special to us.
We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Matt, the bar manager, who did a fantastic job looking after our very big Irish-influenced wedding! He and the team kept everything running smoothly, and our guests had an incredible time.

The Wedding Venue
This is one of the most beautiful places I've seen! And I got the honor to get married here. The scenary is absolutely stunning. If I had to, I would 100% have an event at this venue again. This was the last venue we toured because there wasn't any decision after seeing this venue. The staff was also super kind and lovely. Thank you so much for making this day memorable for us.

Best day of our lives
We had our dream wedding at Easthampstead Park on 19th June 2026, and it’s safe to say it was the best day of our lives!
From the moment we stepped into Easthampstead Park, we knew it was the venue for us. From the stunning stained-glass window to the beautiful Hall Room, it completely took our breath away.
We were looked after by Liliana, who was absolutely fantastic. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly.
Our monthly catch-ups were so detailed and kept us on track throughout the entire planning process. Even during our final meeting before the big day, she made sure everything was organised for us, from the room we had booked for the night before right through to the very end of the evening. Everything was perfect.
The wedding day itself couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Although I was slightly late walking down the aisle, Lili never rushed me and didn’t tell me the time so I wouldn’t panic! She was a ray of sunshine and made everything feel so much easier.
All of the staff were incredible, from the drinks reception and dinner service to the bar staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helped make our day evenh more special.
If you’re thinking about booking Easthampstead Park, do it — I promise you won’t regret it!

Our perfect day
We had our fantastic wedding here and it went without a hitch. From the minute we booked the venue to the breakfast the morning after, the team at Easthampstead park were fantastic and made sure every single detail was perfect for our day. Hannah was especially incredible in ensuring every final detail was in place ahead of the big day and made sure on the day that everything ran like clockwork her communication during the wedding planning process was spot on and she was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Her attention to ensuring the day runs smoothly is impeccable and she was always there with a smile when ever I saw her. The whole team from bar staff, waiting staff, and reception staff all made myself and our guests stay and wedding absolutely perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better venue and team. Id highly recommend Easthampstead park for any event you could need. They'll ensure its everything you want and more. Thank you! ❤️

Best day of our lives
We got married at Easthampstead Park on 7th February 2026 and from the very beginning we knew it was the perfect venue for us. After attending a showcase event and booking a tour we completely fell in love with the place and were so excited to celebrate our wedding there. A huge thank you to Lili, our wedding executive. Your support in the lead up to the wedding and on the day itself meant so much. You helped make the whole planning process feel manageable and stress free. The day ran so smoothly and we truly felt looked after throughout. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue looked, it really is a stunning setting. The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms for guests are lovely. Our room, in particular was absolutely amazing. We’d also like to thank all the staff who worked so hard on the day. The food was delicious, everything was clean and well organised and the service was excellent from start to finish. We are so grateful to Lili and her team for helping bring our day together. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in a beautiful location
