wonderfull,unforgetable wedding.
We had a wonderfull,unforgetable wedding. the weather stayed dry and warm, the room was decorated beautifully. All the staff involved were excellent and went that extra mile to accomodate our wishes. In particular, Andrew did a first class job of coordinating everything enabling both of us to concentrate on the day. All our guests loved the venue, many saying it was an 'amazing' weekend. already some have said they will be returning for their anniversary's etc. The food was excellent and served promptly so as enabling everyone to eat together on the same course. we would highly reccommend the Old Swan & Minster Mill for a wedding based on the stanmdards of service and value we received. The hotels rooms were very attractive and all enjoyed their stay. we have stayed twice before we got married and will be returning again. The Mill was the place we really wanted to marry at and you and your staff made it the magical venue that made our wishes come true. Again many thanks to ALL staff involved.

The Best Day of our lives Our Wedding at Old Swa
If you are planning a wedding, then look no further!!! Our reason for writing was to write a special thank-you to Amber and all the staff for going that extra distance to make our Wedding Day so special - we can`t thank you enough. A special thank-you must go to Andrew (Events Manager) for all his help and support on the actual day. There was nothing that I asked of him that he did not perform with a smile and he was always discreetly on hand to make everything run smoothly and without hitch. What was also reassuring was that whatever I asked I knew it would be done with quiet efficiency and wouldn`t have to check - even down to concealing the owl glove under the ceremony table at the last minute. Everything was exactly as pre-planned and as a result made the day run smoothly in a relaxed atmosphere for us. Many of the guests were visiting for the first time and were all stunned by how beautiful the Hotel and setting looked - it was breath-taking. The patio area by the Mill stream was ideal for the drinks reception and the beautiful, colourful and well manicured grounds were a particular feature. Our photographer was particularly delighted as the grounds, temple and fabulous hotel offered an enormous choice of ideal photo opportunities which resulted in our having a fabulous record of our very special day. Thank you too for allowing us to fly "Bubbles" the Barn Owl for the ring delivery during the Ceremony, which was a great success and will be remembered for ever. The day was everything we had hoped it would be
Thank you so much for a wonderful day on the 4th. We cannot speak highly enough of the day! Everything from the staff, who were all polite and helpful and friendly to the venue being beautiful and most importantly to all the support and guidance from you Emma along the way (both on the day and in the lead up). We couldn't have pulled everything together without all your help. The day really was everything we had hoped it would be and more. The food was delicious, the wine lovely and it was fab to have the Minsters Gallery all to ourselves in the evening! Also, the next morning at breakfast we were still treated as a Bride and Groom by the staff which was really lovely, and made us feel that extra bit special.

Thank you for a lovely and very special day.
Many guests commented on how fantastic the setting was and how smoothly everything ran. We were very happy with all the behind-the-scenes work as everything looked perfect and was all in the right place at the right time without us having to worry about it. Thank you again for making the day effortless and memorable. The four poster room was a wonderful ending to the perfect day and we'll be back for an anniversary in the near future! Thank you for your support and effort in managing things prior to the event. We felt confident that everything was in the right hands. We would definitely recommend the Old Swan and Minster Mill for events!
