Jan and Lisa did an amazing job and I really could not have asked for more. In planning my Hertfordshire wedding last May from New York there were certain things I just did not have the time to organize, and one at the bottom of the list was my hair and makeup, which I didn't book until four days before the wedding! But all the planning in the world would not have brought me a more professional team. Jan was really understanding about the short notice; they arrived on time and brought calmness to the madness of the bridal party getting ready. Having only a week in the UK before the wedding to tie up loose ends, I didn’t have time for a trial either which horrified all my girlfriends! But there was no need to worry, I threw a few buzz words at Jan and Lisa - romantic rose, big eyes (but but not evening eye makeup), coverage but not heavy makeup, shimmer, luminous, pretty tones and romantic curls for my hair, and it was just perfect. I have had professional makeup and hair done before for events, and this was the best by far. I couldn't believe it when I looked in the mirror. Thanks again xx

Hi Jan. Thank you sooo much for your skills and help for my wedding back in July. My hair looked better than I'd ever imagined - it was gorgeous; it was only after you'd done it that I began to feel truly like a Bride! My bridesmaids also looked stunning and received many compliments. Also your advice before hand about hair-care and what products to use made such a difference, both to my hair and my confidence. It was also really lovely to have you helping me get dressed - you knew what you were doing and kept me calm, which I really appreciated. Dear Jan, I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to say thank you soooooo much for not only my amazing hair and make up that you did on the day, but for everything that you helped with that was above and far beyond anything that you was paid to do...! Helping me with my dress, keeping us all organised, making us all laugh and just being a great help where ever you could be. EVERYONE who was at the house on the wedding day has mentioned you and not only what a lovely person you are but how amazingly helpful you were on the day, professional and highly talented you were. Jan i honest to god cant thank you enough and will recomend you to everyone i know.
