Honestly can’t recommend Jill enough! She’s truly lovely and keeps you feeling calm and at ease both on the day and in the lead‑up. Jill did my makeup for my wedding, as well as my Mum’s, Maid of Honour’s, and our Best Woman’s in May 2026. 3 out of 4 of us rarely have our makeup done and so weren't sure what to expect or ask for, but Jill was so kind and reassuring during the trials and we all found a look that made us feel confident, but also (most importantly!), still like ourselves ☺️ My MOH didn’t have a trial, but Jill did such a fab job and still managed to get the perfect balance for their makeup on the day. Jill was highly recommended and choosing to have Jill do our make-up was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Not only is she a true artist, but she is also a lovely person to be around. From the moment she arrived, she was such a calming presence and she has a unique way of making everyone feel completely at ease, which made the whole getting-ready process so enjoyable.

I chose Jill because of her lovely soft style of make-up and her competitive pricing. Turns out she's also a lovely person and very skilled at what she does! I had a trial with Jill and she was very adaptable to changes I wanted to make, the end result was perfect and lasted beautifully throughout the day. The whole process was also very relaxing which I really appreciated. Jill has a very composed, calming presence which is exactly what you need on your wedding morning!

I can't recommend Jill enough. Jill did make up for myself and my two Bridesmaids. None of us wear make up very often and Jill did such a good job of a very natural but still glam look. Our make up was still looking great at the end of the night.
She put me at ease, both at the trial and on the day.
Communication was prompt and she is very professional.

As for most brides make up is such an important part of your day and I was so glad I picked Jill. I do not like to wear too much make up but still like to feel glam. I’m also extremely pale and don’t wear tan so wanted a make up artist who was confident with make up on pale skin.
Jill managed to take what I imagined and turned it in to a reality on my big day. I really did feel beautiful,
She was also so understanding of any changes I wished to make from my trial.

My bridesmaids and Mother of the Groom also looked great and commented on how good Jill was.

I couldn’t recommend Jill Rowan Makeup enough! Jill flew all the way from Scotland to do our wedding makeup in Dubrovnik, and she was incredible from start to finish. Not only is she unbelievably talented at what she does—creating flawless, radiant looks that still feel natural—but she also brought such calm, warmth, and professionalism to the day.

Jill took the time to really understand the vision and made us feel beautiful and confident. Her attention to detail is second to none, and the makeup lasted perfectly all day and night—even in the Croatian heat!
