Biggest wedding regret
There were some hiccups along the way with slow responses and no showing our first appointment. Wedding went well but not all footage was captured. Spencer agreed to a reshoot with my photographer, dates and times confirmed via email. Paid for my hair and make up to be redone Spencer no showed. As a good will gesture he was going to give us raw footage as I also wasn't happy about some agreed moments not being included in the original video. And only 2 seconds footage of me dancing with my dad. Waited over 3 months had to chase and apparently our footage has been corrupted. Disgusting.
