Hi, I'm Louis, a Surrey-based filmmaker making natural, documentary-led wedding films.
Every film I make is built around the couple. No two weddings are the same, so I adapt to your day, your people and how comfortable you feel in front of a camera. I don't stage moments or turn your day into a production. I move quietly, work hand in hand with your photographer and other suppliers, and capture things as they unfold: the nervous laughter, the tearful speeches, the moments between moments.
My kit lets me pick up the finer details from a distance, the glances, the hand squeezes, the reactions from across the room, without ever getting in the way. Then I shape the edit using years of storytelling experience from TV and film (including Bridgerton, The Witcher and The Rings of Power), so your film feels like your day did.
Couples tell me they forget I'm there, and that I help them relax even if they hate being filmed. I'm friendly, easygoing and always up for a laugh, because the best films come from people who feel at ease.
I also take time to learn what matters to you before the day, whether that's a grandparent, a small detail or your dog. One couple's much-loved dog Podrick was a huge part of their day, so I made sure he featured throughout.

Louis was a great professional both in the build up to the wedding and the day itself. He blended in so well into the background being able to pick up on video the little smiles, special moments and fun experiences everyone had, which my wife are I couldn't always see with the typical busy schedule!
He was brilliant working hand in hand with our other vendors, and it was just a genuine pleasure having him around smiling and laughing with us as he got on with his work. We were really happy with the final video we got, including speeches and dances. We've watched it many times over, and if you're wondering if it's worth getting a videographer, we would absolutely recommend Louis without hesitation.

From the moment Louis arrived, he fitted in perfectly. He is warm, friendly and kind, and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. He blended in so naturally and worked seamlessly alongside our photographer, which helped the whole day feel relaxed. Our dog, Pod, was a huge part of our wedding day, and it was clear from the start that Louis understood just how important that was to us. He made sure to capture plenty of moments with Pod too, which we couldn't be happier about!

Meet the team
I came into weddings after years on big TV and film sets, and found that nothing I’d worked on matched the emotion of a real wedding day. Getting married myself last year made it personal. I know how quickly the day passes, and how much it means to relive it afterwards. I love being trusted with that. My goal is for you to watch your film years from now and feel exactly how the day felt.
Outside of filming, I love sports, travel and going on adventures with my wife. I’m a big foodie and a terrible dancer (luckily thats not part of the jobe role). I’ll always get on with couples and guests, and I’m happy to be the person who laughs at the best man’s jokes.
