Based in Guildford, Surrey, Brooks & Burge Films is a documentary-style wedding videography team made up of Liv and Joe, a professional filmmaking duo with over 10 years of experience working across film and television.

Their approach is all about capturing the day as it genuinely felt — from the nerves and excitement of getting ready, to the ceremony, speeches, laughter, dancing, and all the little moments couples might not even realise are happening. Rather than staging moments or turning the wedding into a photoshoot, they work discreetly around the day to create a film that feels natural, personal, and completely true to the couple.

As a two-person team, Liv and Joe are able to capture more of the day from different perspectives. Their male and female setup is particularly useful during the morning preparations: Liv can spend time with the bride and bridesmaids while Joe captures the groom and groomsmen getting ready, meaning neither side of the morning is missed.

With Liv focusing on the story and emotion while Joe brings his eye for cinematography and sound, the two work together to create wedding films that are beautifully shot but, more importantly, make couples feel like they are back in the room with the people they love.
