  Beautiful venue

  We first visited West Tower in summer 2023 following our engagement, the venue was beautiful and sold itself to us then!... We started with some enquiries to consider the different types of wedding days available through speaking with Angela and Maria. In the end we opted for a Twilight Package which worked better for us for what we wanted out of the day. Communication throughout planning was brilliant, we spoke to Maria via email, telephone and in-person, we really enjoyed the process and felt like it was hard to believe we weren't the only couple getting married here - a very personable and professional approach. We met Kim the event coordinator just before the wedding, her enthusiasm was fantastic - she ensured the whole day went to plan and nothing was ever too much trouble.
  
  The bride and bridesmaids utilised the venue in the morning ahead of the wedding, James and his team again were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. They helped with taking our items from the Cristal Suite to the Bridal Suite and communicated well with our suppliers (photography and DJ).
  
  We held our ceremony in a church and had the West Tower accommodate our reception afterwards, it really was such an incredible and stress-free day. All our guests loved the set up for the drinks reception (seating outside available), and they had high praise for the chefs! We had opted for the hog roast, which really was delicious, there was plenty available and most people had seconds! In the evening we had the grazing cart which again was plentiful and restocked. The chef also accommodated allergies (nut) and dietaries (GF and Vegetarian). The bar was well stocked and there were never any long queues.
  
  The day really did surpass our expectations, booking a venue like this really does relieve of any stress that may come with a DIY wedding. This place is a real treat.

  Special thanks to Kim and her team for the most amazing day, Kim worked so hard from sun up to sun down to ensure our day went off without a hitch!!! Everyone said what an amazing team you had and everything was just perfect, thanks again fir everything x

  Wish I could do it all over again!

  Such an amazing venue complimented by the amazing team who are truly the stars of the show! Our West Tower Journey spanned over 2 amazing years working with Zara to figure out our vision for the day. Our event managers for the day, Josie and Sarah (actual gems) were so amazing and I can’t even put into words how incredibly grateful I am for them. Anytime there was a tiny bit of stress on the day they almost magically appeared and sorted it right out before I could even think about it. We truly had the best day and I wish I could do it all over again!

  Incredible venue

  The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout I can’t fault them at all. West tower is an expensive venue but it was absolutely perfect for us. We loved how exclusive it was and our guests all said how stunning the venue is. They stayed in touch every step of the way and the food at the trial and also on the day was impeccable. Everyone left with a smile on their face and the whole day ran smoothly.

  Best Day Ever

  West Tower was the most wonderful venue to get married in, they made our day so special and even with Covid happening they made sure our day was perfect. All the staff were so professional and made us and our guests feel safe. The staff have been so helpful throughout our 2 years of planning and guided us every step of the way, even on the wedding day we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everyone had an amazing time and the day was perfect. The venue is absolutely stunning inside and outside, we fell in love with West Tower and loved it more and more every time we went. Would highly recommend this venue to future brides.

  Thank you for supporting the NHS

  I just want to say a massive thank you to Steph and everybody at West Tower. I am a student midwife and HCA at Ormskirk hospital. I have been taking extra shifts to help as much as possible at this hard and worrying time. The West Tower gave me free accommodation for a week while I was working back to back shifts. This saved me a lot of time as I commute from Blackpool, gave me the opportunity to get some much needed rest between shifts. I cannot thank you enough for your generosity. My room was beautiful and relaxing! and I must say that was the best shower I have ever had! Totally amazed by your kindness and the support you have shown to me and many other NHS staff.

  Our Christmas Wedding

  We were married here December 2019 and absolutely loved the venue, especially at Christmas time! We loved the fact that it was exclusive to us and only our loved ones were there. The staff couldn't do enough for us and then day went perfectly! Would love to do it all over again! Thank you so much for the best day of our lives!

  The Best Day of our Lives

  We got married at West Tower in October 2019 and it truly was the best day of our lives, we wish we could do it all again! West Tower was the only venue we visited when planning our wedding as we fell in love with it straight away. The house and grounds are beautiful and the exclusivity made our day so personal and intimate. The guest bedrooms are gorgeous and we loved that our family and friends could stay over to carry on the celebrations until the next day. The food was amazing and we had nothing but positive feedback from our guests. We booked West Tower’s recommended supplier Steve Mitchell DJ for our evening and he was great, the dance floor was full all night! The way Steve planned our first dance and following dance with our family was lovely and has given us such special memories to look back on.
  The staff at West Tower are absolutely amazing and we cannot thank them enough for making sure that we really did have the perfect day. Alex and the team were so friendly and helpful throughout all of our planning process, they were always there to help with any changes, answer our questions and to provide expert advice. The staff on the day were fab, especially Kim who ensured our day ran so smoothly and we didn’t have anything to worry about. We really could relax and enjoy our day as we were so well looked after.
