The most beautiful venue
There was some initial confusion over our booking as the previous venue owners (prior to get golfing taking over) hadn’t handed over our booking information and any vendors they had already authorised and there were some vendors we have planned to have that were not authorised by the new owners so we needed to change some plans around.
But this didn’t stop our wedding co-ordinator Jessica from pulling out all the stops to make our wedding day the most magical day of our lives.
We have had so many comments from our guests on how gorgeous this venue is, and how much they loved the food, music and amazing service from the team.
The weather had us worried for a bit, but Mel & Jessica did a great job in calming a stressed and distraught Bride! They got the Lakes Suite ready for a ceremony just incase the rain didn’t stop, but 45 minutes before our ceremony was due to start the sun started shining! The team did everything within their power to make sure we had our dream outdoor wedding at the stunning pier.
The DJ was fantastic and brought together our favourite songs from so many different genres. He gave the kids (and adults!) medals for their dancing skills and everyone had the best time! We ended our wedding celebrations with a very uncoordinated version of oops up side your head which was so perfect!

With over 15 years of experience in the events industry and more than 10 years specialising in weddings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role as Venue Sales Manager at Warley Park. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills as a planner, coordinator, and sales manager, working closely with couples and corporate clients to bring their visions to life.
My extensive background in wedding planning and coordination has allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating personalised, seamless events. Whether working with large scale weddings or intimate wedding parties, I excel in providing a tailored, high-touch service that ensures every aspect of the event is executed flawlessly.
I am known for my approachable and calm demeanor, guiding couples through the planning process with expert advice and a hands-on approach. I am deeply committed to making every event a memorable experience, taking the time to understand each couples unique needs and preferences.
