Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: fin dal primo momento che abbiamo contattato Giulia per le varie informazioni in merito alla location, è stata subito disponibile ed esaustiva nel fornire le informazioni che avevamo richiesto!
Abbiamo poi organizzato una visita alla location, in quanto non residenti in Italia e abbiamo capito subito che “Villa le Vigne” era quello che cercavamo per il nostro matrimonio!
Giulia e il team, sono stati sempre super disponibili quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualsiasi aiuto!

Per non parlare del cibo: i piatti offerti erano veramente squisiti e veramente grazie anche a tutto il team del ristorante e della sala!

From the moment we arrived at Villa le Vigne we fell in love with the place and the staff. We just started the search for venues, but the hospitality, the beautiful location and above all family vibe was what we were looking for.
Planning a wedding in a different country could be difficult, but with Giulia and her team it was a piece of cake. They have all the knowledge about weddings, know the right vendors and know their hospitality.
When we visited to discuss the wedding we felt like we were coming home and we were part of the family. This is the exact reason why we wanted to get married in Italy. The food is amazing, the rooms and facilities are perfect and the staff can make anything happen.

The wedding weekend itself was like a fairytale. All our guests felt right at home and everything was taken care of. Giulia, Antonella and Noelle and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for us and for that moment we felt like one big happy family. We highly recommend Villa le Vigne as a wedding location. If you are looking for perfection, great food and wines and a wedding to remember, this is the place to be.
We not only gained beautiful memories but also a new family.

We had the most incredible experience getting married at Villa Le Vigne, and it’s genuinely hard to put into words just how special it was. From the stunning setting to the thoughtful and ever present planning support provided by Giulia, everything came together to create a wedding that was even better than we had hoped for.

Location & Travel from the UK:
The villa is tucked away in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and rolling hills—exactly what you picture when you think of a romantic Italian wedding. Getting there from the UK is really easy. There are regular direct flights to Florence and Pisa from lots of UK airports, and from there it’s just a scenic drive (about 1 to 1.5 hours). And for those that don’t mind a little longer drive, Milan is only 3.5 hrs. We had guests coming from all over and they all found the travel for the main surprisingly straightforward.

The Villa & Setting:
Villa Le Vigne itself is just beautiful. It’s elegant without being overly formal, with a lovely mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. The outdoor spaces are perfect for a ceremony and reception, and the views at sunset are breathtaking. We had our ceremony in the upper garden and it was perfect, a wonderful green space with stunning trees and views and right next to the villa in which the bridal party spent the morning getting ready. The villa sleeps a good number of guests, so we were able to spend the week with our close friends and family, which made it even more special. The two outdoor pools kept the children suitably entertained and even the adults enjoyed a dip! The unique layout of the venue meant that each element of our wedding day was an individual mini event but ones which flowed seamlessly into the other, the food was just incredible, varied and no shortage of it either (again something which our guests couldn’t stop complimenting!)

Planning & Communication:
Planning a wedding abroad can feel daunting, but the Giulia took away that concern on day of meeting. She made the whole process about what we wanted, nothing was too difficult, everything was “no problem”. Always quick to respond, super friendly, and helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Giulia linked us to some outstanding local suppliers; florist, hair and make-up, cake (best 3 tiers ever - pistachio and chocolate is a must!!!!), musicians and photographer — all fantastic and could not do enough to help! The flowers were gorgeous and decorated the venue beautifully, wonderful colours and exactly what we had in mind.

Cost & Value:
We found the cost to be extremely fair for what was included - in fact, we visited a number of venues in the UK, and not one could deliver the flexibility that Villa Le Vigne offered at the amazing price they quoted. The villa is such a beautiful place, and we really felt we got the best possible value. And pleasingly there were no hidden fees.

Overall Experience:
From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, joyful, and unforgettable. Our guests are still talking about it - best time ever!!!! All the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, the venue felt like home from home for the week were there. Our children (9, 8 and twin 14 mth old boys) were made to feel as important to the staff as we (as bride and groom) were, which made our time even more relaxed, as we didn’t have to worry about them.
If you’re thinking about a wedding in the UK or abroad, we honestly couldn’t recommend Villa Le Vigne more. Put your trust and faith in Giulia - we gave her examples of what we liked, colour themes and some styles and then we trusted their design and all the suppliers matched it perfectly. It was everything we dreamed of and more - and not as complicated as you might think (thanks to Giulia).

My husband and I cannot say enough about our experience with Villa Le Vigne. Giulia and Antonella (and every staff member there) went above and beyond to make our wedding events perfect.

I contacted Giulia and Antonella a year-ish out from our wedding to see if we could hold a three day event with family and friends at their beautiful location. We wanted to have a Welcome Dinner for guests the night before the wedding, then wedding day festivities including our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing the night away. The day after the wedding we had a Farewell Lunch and Spritz Bar to help us all relax and recuperate after the celebrations the day before. They were more than happy to share pictures, pricing, example menus and connect us with local vendors that they recommend (for florists, photographer, etc.).

We actually had the ability to visit Villa Le Vigne in August 2022 to experience the location first hand and work through any questions we had with them then. This was the best vacation for us and we knew right away that we would be having our wedding at their lovely Tuscany Villa.

LOCATION & ROOMS
The Villa is located about a 45min drive outside of Florence. This was great for us and our guests who were able to fly into the Florence airport and spend a few days enjoying the city before the wedding.

The Villa is a beautiful organic farm that is the perfect picture of Tuscany. They produce their own wine and olive oil, both are delicious and we had to come home with a box of each. Not to mention you an take a lovely, very relaxing stroll through the vineyard with a glass of wine after lunch or dinner.

The grounds are the quintessential Italian decor with housing for 50 people max (our wedding had 36), two swimming pools, luscious gardens, a delicious breakfast spread, and served dinner every night either in the gazebo by the lower pool or inside the main house.

The rooms are adorable and give that homey Italian feel right out of storybook. The rooms are well kept and very clean. There is AC in each room and ensuite showers. Some rooms are actually larger apartments with kitchens, which was great for some of our guests that had bigger families and babies.

FOOD & DRINK
Now I could write a novel dedicated to my love of the delicious foods we were served during our stay at the Villa, but I will try to summarize.

The chef's here are true magic as every course we had set us into a state of pure bliss. From the charcuterie boards loaded with cheeses, meats and various takes on bruschett, to the lasagna and stuffed pork that I dream of every night-- no joke.

Our wedding dinner stole the show thought, with so much food we couldn't believe it! Each guest was served charcuterie etc., tuscan gnudi and pici and crespelle with veggies, Florentine steak and antra in poerchetta. It was a hit with everyone raving how delicious the meal was. We also requested for our wedding cake to be a sort of 'show' with the chef assembling the milleffoglie infant of the guests and us helping. This was so so fun! Not to mention how yummy the millefoglie was!!

Now for the drinks. They kept the wine flowing!! Our guests loved the Villa's wine and varieties. We also had a bar during the cocktail hour and reception by Cocktail Glow Tuscany. They had everything we needed to accommodate our guests preferences. Not to mention our bartender made the best aperol spritz ever-- And we are spritz connoisseurs.

THE PEOPLE
I saved the best part for last, what truly made our wedding so special and our guests feel like they were right at home is the kind, generous, caring staff at Villa Le Vigne. There was nothing too big or small that they were not happy to help us with. They even ordered two shower chair for our family members who need a seat in the shower. These people are the hardest workers I have met, staying late into the night and arriving early the next morning to make sure everything was perfect for our stay.

I truly feel that Giulia and Antonella are our family, also the chef and servers, they are genuine and their kindness is overflowing. All of our guests loved them and continue to tell us about how kind and accommodating their experience at the Villa was.

We cannot wait to come back to Villa Le Vigne and experience their magic again.
