We booked Carlton Manor back in 2024 for our June 2026 wedding, and when James took over he was an absolute dream to work with!! He made everything so easy to break down and bring ideas to the table I wouldn't have thought of. We met in the January to have a catch up after we booked the venue with someone else, and we went from feeling in limbo to feeling organised and ready. He recommended extra suppliers if we needed them but also open to other suppliers he hadn't previously worked with. This was so refreshing compared to other venues who only had a 'trusted' list of vendors with very specific price points. With Carlton Manor, we were able to completely customise our experience to meet our budget. The thing that stood out the most (other than the beautiful venue of my dreams), was how James and Leanne were AMAZING on the day. Dream wedding coordinators for a dream venue! They did absolutely everything, from ensure the ceremony ran smoothly to glass collecting on the evening. I wouldn't change anything about our day or the venue, it really was perfect and wish I could relive it every single day. Thank you James and Leanne! Keep doing what you're doing, because you really are the dream team!!

We recently got married at Townend Farm and had the most magical day. This venue has so many possibilities to make it your own. For us, a whimsical woodland ceremony into a festival inspired reception was our vibe, and with townend farm as your blank canvas anything is possible. ESPECIALLY when you throw the wonderful venue owners Hedley and Claudia into the mix. They were really invested in our day and helping us to finalise all those special details. Claudia was on hand throughout the day ensuring everything ran smoothly, and making sure I always had a cold beer (thank you!). They're both so genuinely happy to see your love story, it feels like another loving guest in your presence. Hedley loves chatting to guests and making sure they are well looked after in the drinks department, serving gorgeous cocktails all night. We loved booking the venue for the weekend so that we could welcome guests on the Friday night and say farewell on the Sunday. It was exactly how we pictured it. Most of our guests stayed in bell tents on site, which Hedley and Claudia were more than happy to accommodate, even hooking one tent up to power so the girls could use hair appliances to get ready. If you're wanting a wedding that can be completely personalised to you, with owners who are genuinely interested and invested in your day, then you will not regret booking Townend Farm.
