Wow. Where do I start.
Firstly, I would like to thank EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF STAFF WORKING THERE! They are clearly at the top of their game and an absolute credit to the whole industry!
From meeting them in person to every single correspondence we had with them they answered honestly, accurately and wanted to do anything to make our day special for us.
They are excellent at responding to emails and do not need prompting. Throughout it all they were flexible to meet our needs. We were able to ask anything and they made everything we asked possible. - even keeping my surprise (@ings_parks_alpacas (Instagram)) from being spoiled by co-ordinating everything from when they were coming to where to hide their van.
Throughout everything they follow feedback and complete everything with perfection. All our guests LOVED all their food - BBQ sharing platter & sharing dessert platter. It was timed perfectly between courses and the pulled pork on the evening, I was told was excellent, I unfortunately didn’t have any as I was so full from all the other food.
We both just can not believe how amazing everything was throughout the whole process and would urge EVERY COUPLE to view. They are just perfect. -

Easy and Beautiful
The Manor Rooms is the full package if you want an easy, relaxed and gorgeous venue for your Wedding.
The Venue has everything you need, a cute fairy lite ceremony room, an open space reception which looks beautiful with simple decorations as we need, as the room spoke for itself for us, a balcony chill out area and patio with country scenery for pictures.
The food was astonishing, our guests spoke highly of the quality.
The team made our decision making effortless when organising. The day ran smoothly and we had nothing to worry about. They were all kind and friendly and even kept the youngest kids entertained during speeches!
No wonder they Won Venue of Year 2024!

Best day ever
I can't thank The Manor Rooms enough. Having worked in the wedding industry a number of years ago I feared I'd be picky and hard to work with but no fault was ever made and perfection was consistent throughout the whole process. All our guests praised the food, staff and amazing views. Can't reccomend enough. -

I cannot begin to explain how incredible the staff at The Manor Rooms are. There is nothing too much to ask.
From start to finish Lisa and her team have been spot on with their attention to detail, offering solutions to issues, providing numerous options for our catering needs and helping us to create the most magical wedding evening.
Our guests also commented how fabulous the team are.

Amazing in every single way - perfection!
Oh my… I don’t know where to start with this review to give this venue and the staff justice!
We booked a last minute winter package deal after costing up a few options and the Manor Rooms came out cheaper the a ‘DIY village hall wedding’. After visiting we loved how bright, airy and beautiful the space was, but we were also blown over at how friendly and helpful the staff were. I thought this may lessen once we’d booked but it absolutely did not! Lisa and Katy were simply fantastic in every single way, they answered every question I had (I had many!) over email, usually within minutes, hours or definitely the same day. They were so accommodating to various things I requested and they made the day really suit the rustic, relaxed vibe we wanted. We went to a menu tasting event the month before and it was fantastic and it made us really excited for the day, they let us choose our menu after this event which was only 3 weeks before the wedding! The day before, Lisa helped us set up whilst our Labrador roamed around the venue, she gave advice/her opinion on many things and her expertise really showed. Then on the wedding day she was the first to come and help me with my dress, take my things and make me feel at ease when the nerves suddenly kicked in. Katy was also there to bring us both a Prosecco after tying the not. Throughout the day, Lisa, Katy and all the staff were superb, accommodating everyone so well and being so lovely, particularly to one of the guests who is autistic who drank the prosecco a little eagerly before the speeches and toasts had begun! They were there to top his drink up with a smile and my family were super grateful for this. The food was outstanding, all the guests complimented it and the sharing board desserts were to die for. They plated up some of the cocktail table starter for the groom and I to enjoy during the speeches as we were busy with photos beforehand and I ate and enjoyed so much of the 3 course meal I was too full for the evening Greek food (although the guests said it was lovely). They also boxed up some of the leftover starter for our friends who were dogsitting to take away and even gave us the leftover platter of antipasto to take home the next day. The guests said the bar served wonderful drinks, someone commented it was the best espresso martini they’d ever had.
I literally can’t fault the whole experience and every guest said how stunning the venue was and how lovely the staff were. They seem so human and just genuinely lovely lovely people who make the whole experience (we planned the wedding in just 7 months) stress free and seamless! I work in events and I can really appreciate attention to detail and the staff at The Manor Rooms have that in abundance! That was clear throughout putting the wedding planner document together with Lisa and we even opened an unexpected card from them which was in with the rest of the cards. We hope to be back for events in the future (I’m already eyeing up the Mother’s Day event), and I’ve told my now husband if we ever renew our vows or want to host a big event, we’re doing it at The Manor Rooms! We didn’t stay at their cottage, we stayed at the Wolds Way Holiday Cottages just a 7 minute drive away, but their new cottage looks lovely.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the best day! If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I would recommend The Manor Rooms in every single way. -

We got married at The Manor Rooms 23/09/2023 and we had the best day. The team looked after us so well, not just on the day but right from the moment we enquired. They were quick to schedule a viewing and once we had booked, kept us up to date with things we needed to do (which was actually very little). We mainly dealt with Katy, but Lisa, Carl and Natalie were all amazing too. Could not have had the day we did without them!
As for the venue, the garden room was the most perfect setting to walk down the aisle to. The venue flows really well so guests don't see the reception room until after the ceremony. And the views! Absolutely stunning! There is a really lovely outside space looking out over the beautiful countryside with a firepit that our guests enjoyed in the evening.
Would love to do it all again, so glad we chose The Manor Rooms for our wedding -

The Manor Rooms is a beautiful venue with fantastic views across lovely Yorkshire farmland. The packages they offer are very competitive and they can take a large number of guests. Lisa and the whole team were fantastic and very open to accommodating all our personal requests. A huge thank you to all the staff for all thier hard work on the hottest day of the year!
We had the most fantastic wedding day and all our guests loved the venue and raved about the delicious food. Thank you, thank you, thank you. -
