The Barn at Yew Tree Farm is a unique wedding space situated in South Liverpool, Merseyside, fully licensed for civil ceremonies. The Barn is an ideal choice for those who want a rural barn wedding without compromising on comfort or sophistication.

Yew Tree Farm has been family-run for over 35 years, and in 2020, the 300-year-old barn was sensitively transformed from a farm shop to this stunning venue that maintains its rustic beauty and simple elegance.
The Barn is set on a working farm, so you will see hens roaming around, alpacas, goats and a donkey, with the odd tractor passing by.

For your special day, The Barn can accommodate up to 80 people seated for a wedding breakfast and up to 140 people for an evening reception. You will get exclusive hire of The Barn from 10 am on the morning of your wedding, and our dedicated wedding co-ordinator will oversee the day to ensure that you are looked after and that everything runs smoothly.

Within The Barn, both The Meadow and The Orchard Rooms are licensed, giving the option for different ceremony styles. The Orchard room can be closed off using the big wooden barn doors to provide an intimate space for your nearest and dearest to share the special moment. The glass bi-fold doors open fully to bring the outside in on sunny days. For a grand entrance and a large aisle to walk down, The Meadow room can seat up to 80 guests and offers the wow factor with high ceilings, exposed brick and wooden beams.

Whilst having your reception drinks and photographs, the rooms will be turned around ready for the reception. We have a fully licensed bar stocking premium spirits, draught beer and cider as well as a large selection of bottled drinks and mixers. A good selection of wines is available to suit every taste.

We have teamed up with award-winning caterers Cheeky Chilli Events. They are friendly, professional and full of ideas. They will work with you to create a bespoke menu for your big day, whether it be a sit-down wedding breakfast, informal dining or something unique. We also have a selection of street food-style caterers to choose from for your evening reception or twilight-style weddings.
