*The above price are the total cost to hire Royal Berkshire exclusively, including all 66 bedrooms, but you may wish for us to ‘sell on’ the bedroom to your guests. For example if you sold 65 of the 66 bedrooms to your guests at £180 per room, the you could save £11, 700 off this price. Additional guests above the minimum number will be charged from £160 per person. Exclusive use is based on 66 adults.
