We are beyond excited to share how incredible our experience was at Woodstock Weddings and Events! From the very beginning, the whole process was incredibly easy and straightforward. Rachel and Will make an outstanding team, and their dedication to making our wedding day perfect was evident from day one.
The advice they provided was invaluable, helping us to envision exactly what we wanted to capture. We had a lot of ideas and queries, and they handled each one with care and attention. Communication was nothing short of perfect, calm, supportive, and always prompt.
What truly set Woodstock apart was how they personalised every aspect of our experience. The packages were completely bespoke to us, allowing us to infuse our personality into every detail. My vision for the decor was elevated beyond my expectations, Rachel truly understood what I wanted to achieve and on the day, everything looked absolutely stunning. It was like stepping into a dream, so many people have commented on just how special the venue was and looked.
Thanks to Rachel and Will’s meticulous planning and attention to detail, our day ran smoothly. Any potential glitches went unnoticed, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without a worry. We truly had our dream day, and we can’t thank them enough for their time, effort, and professionalism. We had our pooch Eric there too who was welcomed with open arms and our 2 little boys had the best day running on the fields and playing the games that were set up for them.
We wholeheartedly recommend Woodstock Weddings and Events to anyone looking for a beautiful venue and an exceptional team. Thank you so much for making our wedding day unforgettable!

Best Venue Ever!
Where do I start?! Everything about this venue is incredible, from the decoration to the staff and everything in between. Me and my partner wanted the most relaxing fun day you can have with a wedding and boy did Woodstock deliver (rain and all!) Rachel and Will were ahead of everything and with any little snag, (not like there were many!) she sorted it out immediately, making sure we had the best day. There’s a lot of talk about weddings being stressful to plan and stressful on the day, but I can hand on heart say that wasn’t the case at all with Woodstock. They helped to make sure the day was personal to us and exactly how we wanted it (thank you for going along with the many different playlists we created!) Not only is the running of everything impeccable, the staff at the venue are amazing making sure everything is kept clean and everyone is looked after. If you’re wanting a fun, beautiful venue who takes care of everything, book Woodstock! I would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Our day really was one we will never forget.
Rachel and Will really made the process so easy when it came to planning! Rachel was always on hand to give advice and really make the planning process as stress free as possible, she really is an expert.
Will really brought the fun into our planning ! Will his meticulous eye for detail and bringing all things fun at a wedding. They really make a perfect pair.
The venue really speaks for itself. The atmosphere, the surroundings and the perfect layout. From the intimate ceremony space, the drinks reception on the terrace listening to your favourite singer and the most stunning wedding breakfast set up you’ve ever seen.
Woodstock is everything you could wish for in a venue, nothing compares. The memories we hold of that day are priceless!
Pictures do not do this place justice, our guests were in awe. Thank you for doing everything in your power to make our day perfect, it really was.

Unreal - All of it!!!
WOW!!!! From the moment we stepped into this venue we fell in love with it!!!
This really is the perfect venue! It’s in the heart of York but it makes you feel so exclusive!! The venue really does sell its self! It is so well maintained, a lovely barn, indoor out door feel! We got married here in October this year 2025 and we couldn’t have picked a better venue it really was perfect! We did a lot of DIY but it suited our look down to a tee. Rachel, Will and all the Woodstock staff are fantastic! Rachel and Will really made everything so easy and guided us through every step until our day finished. Our guests couldn’t have spoken anymore highly about how polite, helpful and fantastic all the staff were and how much of a brilliant job Rachel and Will had done of making it all run smoothly.
Rachel and Will are just brilliant (if I haven’t already mentioned) it does feel like you have your own guides, any advice or any help they are always so so approachable and so so helpful! The accommodation is beautiful, there is a get ready room aswell as some lovely rooms to stay in tooo!
This venue is a must see. It really will take your breath away!!! I wish we could relive our day every Saturday! It will forever be a special place!

I've finally come down from my Wedding at Woodstock, and all I can say is this venue is phenomenal. It's absolutely stunning, the perfect place to say I do.
Janice and her wonderful team couldn't have done more for me in the run up to the day (and I was a bit of a groomzilla!!). They were patient, kind and advised me on so much.
Thank you for making me dream day come true. You were honestly so brilliant, and you've given me memories I will never forget ❤️
