My wife and I had the most amazing and wonderful wedding day at The White Swan hotel, Stratford on Avon.
From the moment we first arrived until we had checked out and were departing everything was the most excellent, professional and highest standard of hospitality and service in a friendly and relaxed environment.
The food was absolutely incredible, every single one of us enjoyed all the food very much, it was delicious and presented beautifully.
We were well looked after and all the staff worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect, which it was in every way.
The hotel bedrooms are all presented so beautifully, very comfortable, immaculately clean and has everything you could possibly need.
We had a wonderful wedding package so the rooms were included within an excellent rate which was perfect for everybody’s budget.
Finally on behalf of my wife and I if you decide to have your wedding venue here you will have the best day as well for you and your guests.

We worked closely with Simon to create the perfect day. The room set up was divine, the food was delicious, the booze flowed seamlessly and it was just a brilliant wedding. Many people described it as simply enchanting. All of this would not have been possible without Simon and his fabulous team. No need to be a bridezilla and micro manage-Simon has it all covered. All of our communication was via email and we were able to achieve the perfect outcome with no stress or drama. Very much appreciated and highly recommended.The White Swan's reply:

Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more and we cannot thank the team at the white swan enough especially Simon.
We have been visiting the white swan hotel for many years and absolutely love the hotel.
The staff went above and beyond for us to ensure everything ran smoothly and made us feel so special. The organisation, Attention to detail and kindness made all the difference.
We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our wedding. Thank you for giving us memories that we’ll cherish forever. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful location with a incredible team.

After a cancellation 7 weeks before our wedding day, Simon at The White Swan came to the rescue. He couldn’t have been more kind, understanding and willing to make our day as special as we’d planned it to be.
Within 72 hours of our initial other venue cancellation, we’d chosen a menu to send to our guests and we were given complete peace of mind.
In the run up to the day, Simon and his team communicated any requirements/ confirmations etc they needed.
From the moment we walked into the reception of the hotel, everything ran like a dream. Dedicated staff who were attentive, particularly with bringing ice water on repeat due to it being 34°c, and set the room up beautifully. In the heart of the town, it was only a 5 minute walk to where we got married.
We arranged our own cake and Layla ensured we had everything we needed and more - even stashing my veil and underskirt away whilst we ate!
The food was beautiful and they catered to everyone’s needs without a fuss. A tab was held for all our drinks to settle the morning after whereas the dinner was pre-paid - cannot fault the quality and value for both parts.
Everything from our dinner, the room, our hotel room for the night and breakfast the next day was seamless. Roll top copper bath in our Character room felt so luxe.

Best day ever!!!
Simon and the team at the white swan were brilliant! They were so helpful with everything from planning which rooms would be best for our guest to ensuring that our fussy eaters were well taken care of.
Absolutely noting was to much to ask of them, always responsive to an email while we were planning to accommodating two extra furry surprise guests on the day.
Simon helped so much with the planning for the day and really made the whole day so much calmer we cannot thank you all enoughThe White Swan's reply:

Intimate Wedding Reception
We booked The White Swan Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon for our wedding meal and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We had a small, intimate celebration with 22 guests, and the private dining room was ideal — beautiful, relaxed, and just the right size for what we wanted.
From the welcome drinks and canapés through to the two-course meal, everything was organised seamlessly. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making sure every detail was taken care of and that everyone’s needs were catered for.
The food and service were impeccable, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. We would highly recommend The White Swan Hotel to anyone looking for a venue for a special meal or celebration — and we can’t wait to visit again. -

Our Wedding.
We had our wedding at the White Swan Hotel and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the professionalism of the entire team shone through. The venue itself was beautiful, perfectly set up, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made the day feel incredibly special.
A huge thank you to Simon and his team, who were absolutely fantastic. Their hard work, friendliness, and constant support made everything run seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble, and their calm, organised approach allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
The bar was brilliant too, well-stocked, lively, and really added to the celebrations. And as a bonus, the Mop Fair happening in town that weekend created a fun and memorable backdrop that gave our day an extra bit of charm.
We’re so grateful to everyone at the White Swan Hotel for making our wedding unforgettable. Highly recommended! -

I genuinely can't express how grateful I am for Simon at the White Swan. He was fantastic, communicative, friendly, warm and so helpful. Gemma was also incredible and the team that looked after us Gianni, Thomas, Leila, Kuba, Rosie, Sebastian and Pyae were all just superb. Thomas especially was super helpful. We were looked after start to finish, we always knew what was going on and it was stress free. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and we were able to set up our decorations in advance which was perfect. The food was absolutely unreal and they created a 3 course vegan menu, and buffet that even the pickiest eaters said was fantastic. Truly the most beautiful day and I will always be grateful to Simon for everything he did to make sure the day was perfect. I wish I could go back and do it all again. A truly amazing experience and I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting a lovely wedding in Stratford-upon-Avon. Thank you! -
