Superb venue with fantastic employees
Superb venue with fantastic employees who created a fantastic wedding day to remember, which every single person whom attended has fantastic memories of such a brilliant day, many many thanks for the staff going that extra mile for us. -

Wedding Venue
We had the most amazing wedding on the 26th October 2018 at this beautiful hotel.
From start to finish I knew we had chosen the perfect venue & Radina was amazing, helping me create my wedding day. All the staff were fantastic, thank you so much.
Highly recommended. -

Outstanding service
On behalf of myself and my husband, Lynda & Mike Misselbrook (the Groom's parents) and of course Cat & Andrew Misselbrook- our newlyweds, I would like to thank the Best Western Red Lion Hotel for providing outstanding service at Cat & Andrew's Wedding Reception on 15th August 2018.
The whole event was executed perfectly, and we know that this is down to one thing - you and your teams.
In particular, we would like to thank a number of members of staff who provided exceptional service: Dawn Brand- your Reception Manager, the lady who was the Manager of table service at the Wedding Reception (and much more!)- who has long blond hair and glasses and we believe may be called Fanika? Your head chef (who's name we do not know, but who's food was beautiful!!) and of course both of you, for leading the team and providing what we can only describe as brilliant customer service from the point at which we first visited the hotel last year, to the point at which the very last guest left.
It has been a wonderful occasion and once which we will never forget and we thank you most sincerely for playing a key role in making it so.

Amazing time
We had an amazing time and can't wait to come in and see you next visit!
I was very merry when we last spoke, the wine was lovely!! The whole evening flew in and we went to bed not long after the DJ finished. We were up early and stayed in the breakfast lounge all morning chatting to family and friends... we had the best time staying at the Red Lion and we couldn't of been happier, honestly, Stoyan was so friendly and helpful! He made everyone feel so relaxed in his company. All of the staff were very patient and smiley.
Everyone has said how much they enjoyed staying at the hotel and the wedding was a great success!

Brilliant staff
Me and my wife had our wedding reception at the Red Lion Salisbury. They were helpful form the start of the process and always reassuring. On the day all the staff were brilliant I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend this hotel for a important function. The rooms are good as well so much so a number of my guests are going back to stay there again -

wedding reception
My daughter has just had her wedding reception at the Red Lion and I would recommend it for value for money and service.
The Events Manager was delightful and ensured the day went without a hitch, all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.
I would like to thank everyone who worked on Saturday 19th August for making it such an enjoyable occasion. -
