My now husband and I, had the most wonderful day celebrating our matrimony at the Brampton Halt on Easter Monday this year. I was a slight “bridezilla”, if I do say so myself but Sadie, Lauren and the team were so helpful in fixing all my queries and concerns. In terms of organisation, Lily had excellent communication skills over email and in meetings making sure to involve me every step of the way. After arriving at the Halt, we started with some welcome drinks of Prosecco and Peroni, allowing people to mingle, settle in and find their seats for the 3- course meal that followed which was delicious and authentically British. After speeches on the provided microphone the DJ began and the party started on the dance floor. As evening guests arrived, the team brought out a BBQ buffet with burgers, sausages and chicken accompanied with coleslaw, fries and green salad. We came the morning of the wedding to set up the venue allowing us to have as much creative freedom as we wished. It was a lovely spring day where all the sides of the marquee were open to let the breeze in. As night time came the star lights on the ceiling gave the room such an ethereal feel continuing to make it such a special day. I would like to thank the Lauren and her team for making our day so magical!
