A family-run wedding venue perched on the banks of the River Usk in the heart of Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park.

Penpont is a historic house set within 50 acres of gardens and grounds. We host a small number of bespoke weddings & events each year, offering a unique and intimate setting for your celebration.

Yours exclusively for the day or weekend, the Stables, courtyard and gardens offer a special and intimate place to gather and celebrate, for up to 80 guests. Wedding ceremonies take place indoors or out—including in our hidden church on the grounds.

Receptions and events are hosted in the beautifully restored old Stables, winner of the Historic Houses Sustainability Award, using estate-milled timber and traditional materials. The Stables open into the Courtyard, filled with fire pits and our charming Punch & Judy Pub which opens for evening celebrations.
