The stunning grade II* listed building was originally a church so enormous it was nicknamed ‘the cathedral of the Thames Valley’. Reminiscent of Notre Dame’s exquisite ornate and grand style architecture a happy couple can expect fairy tale features, intricate carvings and ornate archways as their backdrop. With the capacity to accommodate weddings of 20 guests and a lavish affair with 250 guests, no matter the size of your party, this venue has got you covered.

When you hire the space, there’s the opportunity to decorate it and have your own catering, which gives you the chance to create a truly bespoke event and introduce creative and quirky elements that might otherwise have not been possible. Keeping costs to a minimum can be another advantage. The idea is that you have the chance to take control of the suppliers you engage and therefore reduce your overheads. Instead of paying for staff you might be able to outsource some tasks to friends or family members. We can pass on to you the names of tried and tested caterers and decorators.
