I’ve spent over 10 years working in hospitality and events, and I genuinely love helping couples create a wedding day that feels truly personal to them. Having recently got married myself, I understand how much love, excitement and anticipation goes into every detail, which is why I’m so passionate about helping couples bring their vision to life.

For me, weddings are all about celebrating your love story with the people who matter most. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing months of planning come together and watching a couple enjoy the day they’ve always imagined, surrounded by their family and friends.

One of the things I love most about working at Hylands Estate is helping couples make the most of our beautiful and historic venue, finding the perfect spaces to reflect their style and personalities. From that first viewing through to the big day itself, it’s a privilege to be part of such a special chapter and help create memories that will last a lifetime.

I’m a passionate and experienced weddings and events professional who loves helping couples bring their dream day to life. With many years of experience across venues and agencies, I bring a wealth of industry knowledge, attention to detail, and a calm, supportive approach to every wedding I plan.

Every bride and groom are beautiful and uniquely different in their own way. I just love nurturing my couples to create the perfect wedding day for them.

I also love getting to know each couple and understanding what will make their day truly special. From sharing advice and inspiration to managing the finer details, I’m dedicated to creating celebrations that feel personal, memorable, and completely unique to them.

With over 15 years of experience across event operations, venue management and customer service, I play a key role in the day-to-day running of Hylands Estate. I oversee event delivery and facilities management, working closely with teams across the estate to ensure everything runs smoothly, from weddings and corporate functions to large-scale public events.

I’m passionate about creating exceptional experiences for everyone who visits Hylands and take pride in maintaining such a historic and special venue for couples, clients and the wider community to enjoy. Every event brings something different, and I love the variety my role offers, along with the challenges and opportunities that come with making each occasion a success.

One of my favourite things about Hylands Estate is its beautiful surroundings, particularly the Pleasure Gardens, which offer stunning photo opportunities and showcase the estate’s natural beauty throughout the seasons.

Since graduating from university, I’ve built my career in events, hospitality and theatre management, primarily in London. I’m delighted to now be working closer to home as an Events Duty Manager at Hylands Estate, doing what I love most, being part of creating special moments and helping weddings run smoothly.

Having planned my own wedding, I understand just how much thought, excitement and emotion goes into creating your perfect day. One of my favourite parts of a wedding is seeing the transformation of a bride from her arrival to that unforgettable moment when she walks down the aisle. It’s a privilege to witness such special memories being made.

I love Hylands’ beautiful wedding suites, which provide the perfect setting for couples and their wedding parties to get ready and enjoy those precious moments before the celebrations begin.

My love for events began with planning celebrations for friends and family, where I discovered how much I enjoy bringing people together and creating memorable occasions. With previous experience working in the events industry and at other venues, I joined Hylands Estate as an Apprentice Events Duty Manager and quickly completed my course. I’m now proud to be a fully qualified Duty Manager, helping deliver a variety of wonderful events across the estate.

I particularly love working on the larger celebrations at Hylands, where the atmosphere and excitement make every event feel special. I was also lucky enough to be part of our very first wedding in the outdoor ceremony area, a beautiful space that offers couples another lovely setting to say “I do”.

I began my journey at Hylands Estate as an Events Assistant and have since progressed to become a member of the Events Duty Management team. I take pride in ensuring every event runs smoothly, supporting couples throughout their special day and helping create a memorable experience for everyone involved.

I feel proud to be part of the team at the historic Hylands House and particularly love overseeing evening wedding receptions. There’s something special about seeing the celebrations come to life as couples and their guests take to the dance floor, relax and enjoy the evening together. Knowing I’ve helped everything run seamlessly so couples can focus on making unforgettable memories is one of the most rewarding parts of my role!

I’ve spent the last ten years working in hospitality and theatre, where I discovered how much I love organising and overseeing events and celebrations. My passion for the wedding industry began when I was Maid of Honour at a friend’s wedding, and I quickly realised it was something I wanted to be a part of. I love being involved in creating special moments and helping couples bring their wedding visions to life.

What I love most about weddings at Hylands Estate is how diverse and inclusive they are. No two weddings are ever the same, and I think it’s wonderful how they bring people together to celebrate love, surrounded by such a happy atmosphere.

Hylands is such a beautiful place to make that special commitment, and I feel proud to be part of a team that helps couples create a day that’s truly their own.

With a background in creativity and marketing, I love seeing couples’ ideas come to life and helping them create a celebration that reflects their personalities. Having worked closely with couples for many years, I understand how important it is to feel supported throughout the planning process and on the day itself.

I always try to go the extra mile to ensure every couple feels truly special and can relax and enjoy their day. One of the things I love most about working at Hylands is the variety, from overseeing beautiful civil ceremonies to seeing creative ideas brought to life throughout the Estate.
