This property is easily accessible by both car and train, perfect for any loved ones making a journey to spend the day with you.
Facilities and Capacity
Set within Hertforshire's sprawling Hatfield Park, where Queen Elizabeth I spent much of her childhood, Hatfield House has two wedding spaces for you to choose from. These two settings are dramatically different but provide equally eye-catching wedding venues. The historic and grand Old Palace and the contemporary Riding School both provide a unique, timeless and magical backdrop for your wedding celebrations in Hertfordshire. Built in 1497, the striking Old Palace is the perfect setting for a grand reception with up to 220 guests. For slightly smaller occasions, the modern Riding School can accommodate up to 100 people. Both venues are licensed to hold civil ceremonies, so you can hold your whole day of celebrations in one beautiful location. The stately home's superb surroundings are beautiful in every season. The glorious gardens and the stunning park provide breath-taking backdrops for your treasured photographs.
Services Offered
The sales team at Hatfield House will walk you through the various wedding packages on offer. They hope to help you find the right services to fit your vision for the day, whether you've envisioned an intimate gathering or a grand soiree. This can include the award-winning in-house culinary team taking charge of your wedding breakfast and reception.
