Set within 35 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, Earlshall offers exclusive use of the estate for your wedding day, giving you the freedom to create a celebration that feels entirely bespoke. From an outdoor ceremony in the Walled Garden to drinks among the historic Topiary Garden, dinner in the Grand Marquee and dancing into the evening, every part of the day can flow naturally across the estate.

Our Grand Marquee can host up to 200 guests and is already beautifully equipped with chandelier lighting, heating, toilets, a bespoke bar and lounge area. It gives you all the flexibility of a marquee wedding, without the complication of having to build everything from scratch.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wedding packages. Every wedding is designed around the couple. From the very beginning, you will have a dedicated Event Manager working with you throughout the planning journey and there with you on the day itself, helping to bring every detail together.

Our exclusive hire includes the estate, Grand Marquee and gardens, event staffing including chefs and front of house, tables and chairs, crockery and linen, with food, drink and any additional bespoke elements tailored separately around your plans.

Food and drink are at the heart of an Earlshall wedding. Our in-house catering team works with fresh, high-quality ingredients and can create everything from elegant canapés and three-course dining to BBQs, sharing dishes, hog roasts and relaxed late-night food. The menus are there to inspire you, not restrict you.
