We recently had our wedding here, while the venue was beautiful and great value for money as we used a packaged. The staff, especially Rachel, was outstanding. Easy to work with and always helped as much as they could!

The staff were extremely helpful throughout the day and worked with the other vendors we had which meant most things were done when we were taking photos!

We had the most perfect wedding at Cadbury House. The staff are fantastic. The whole day ran smoothly and I believe this is down to the staff. The have a great list of suppliers who also made the day amazing. Cadbury House also do really well price wedding packages. Highly recommend.

We have been coming here for years and was thrilled when we could have our wedding here too. The staff were all amazing and wedding coordinator was fantastic. Very smooth running, organised and made our day feel like it's very own. The food was incredible and we couldn't be happier with how I day went from start to finish. Wish we could do over again Thank you Cabury house!

The bridesmaids and I stayed the eve before the wedding and the restaurant was amazing with complimentary Prosecco, the board room we were given to get ready was perfect again with complimentary Prosecco, continental breakfast and unlimited tea/coffee, the weather was definitely on our side which made it that much more amazing. The drawing room decorations were set out perfectly from day to night and it was everything we imagined and more. My drama of the room being too small was completely wiped away. The venue was stunning and we can’t wait to get the photos back!

Michelle and Rachel have been absolutely amazing through the whole process and made it perfect! I trusted them completely and they absolutely came through with their advice. Their both very skilled at keeping a bride (and groom) calm lol!!

Louis ran the wedding day and was fantastic, he was there every step of the way, managed the delays perfectly through the wedding breakfast, even when I was ordering him around to clear the room for the evening! He kept the singing waiters a secret and that was definitely an amazing highlight for us with the team pulling that off through my bridezilla moment! The evening staff who took over for Louis were all amazing, they subtly kept me updated through the night and made sure it finished on a high!

The only downside we had was the entrance music was delayed and really quiet so that was a bit awkward after being introduced in the to the room but other than that no complaints!

The day was absolutely incredible, we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more and guests are still raving about it. We’d do it all over again! From the garden games, stunning venue, welcome drinks in the gazebo and ice cream van to the incredible evening and dj keeping it on a high. We’re ecstatic with the day and so were the guests!

We got married August 2024 here and i would strongly recommend to anyone getting married from the first visit to leaving the next day they were amazing and helped us plan the wedding flawlessly( even with all our fussy eaters). the staff were absolutely amazing, the price, the venue and the service, we could not fault, if you get married here you will not regret it. They left us a bottle of champagne and rose petals in honeymoon suite, still cold as we walked in.

From start to finish, Cadbury House was amazing. Really responsive to enquiries and were always happy for us to come in whenever to discuss or just relook over where we were getting married.

Morning of the wedding, the wedding co-ordinator was on hand and was brilliant making everything easy and not stressful. This maintained through the rest of the day, always making sure we were ok and if we’d eaten etc.

The wedding day in itself was amazing and we felt very looked after. I overall recommend Cadbury house to anyone thinking of getting married here!

Our wedding was absolutely amazing from booking the wedding to the actual wedding.
The wedding team were always there with help support and advice to make our day as special as it was. The day was perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. The grounds are just beautiful. The whole team were amazing!! And all our suppliers were the best. Thank you for making our day so special.

Had our wedding last weekend and I can not express enough how amazing all the staff were at cadbury house. The communication in the lead up to the wedding was excellent I never had to chase for a response and any changes I made were accepted there truly was nothing they could not do to accommodate my needs and wedding vision. The staff were out of this world. I actually feel overwhelmed in just how amazing and attentive each and every staff member treated my me and the whole wedding. Not one thing was missed on my wedding day, every little detail I had asked for was delivered. The food was perfect and all guest even my vendors complimented the food. I can not wait to go back for our anniversary the venue and staff get a 10 out of 10 from us

After attending a wedding opening evening we knew Cadbury was for us.
The wow factor starts as soon as you travel up the drive way and come face to face with the beautiful surroundings.
The team at Cadbury go above and beyond and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Our wedding day was faultless from start to finish.
It was everything thing we had imagined.
The food was incredible and every single guest complimented this.
The accommodation for our guests was also perfect, it provided a space to relax after a busy fun filled day.

Once again we cannot thank everyone at Cadbury enough for giving us such a perfect wedding day.

Doubletree Hilton Cadbury House wedding Team was fantastic! Jane and Louie made sure that the day went smoothly. We enjoyed every bit of our day without having to worry about anything! The venue provided great service, food and booze! Our guests have mentioned that the place is a perfect wedding venue! It’s just amazing!

In the lead up to our wedding day, the staff members we dealt with were very accommodating, professional, approachable and nice to work with. We were able to meet with them beforehand to ensure we were on track leading towards our big day.
On the day however, there were issues. These issues began with my wife, mother-in-law and bridesmaids entering the Board Room expecting to be met with a breakfast platter and prosecco. This was not there so my wife had to go and request this herself. When these were delivered, she then had to ask for an ice bucket as the prosecco was warm. upon enquiry.
We were due to be having our wedding in the gazebo outside but due to the weather forecast, we decided to move things inside to be safe. At this point it felt that the organisation of certain aspects seemed to be lacking somewhat. We were unable to see the room beforehand when things were being set up and as a result, some things were not as agreed. Our wedding favours were placed within the sweet cart and not where we had instructed them. After the ceremony, we went outside and only some of the canapes made their way around the outside guests and none were set aside for my wife and I. We also found that a lot of the prosecco was left upstairs which would have been OK if we had got married outside but as we were in the Drawing Room downstairs, they should have been brought downstairs for the guests. The glasses of Pimms were also upstairs and in the evening, the Pimms were not set out in an obvious place, so our evening guests did not know they were for them.
Our other concern was that the Operations Manager on the day actually rushed us through certain elements of elements of the evening that resulted in both sets of parents missing the Cake Cutting and First Dance as we had these scheduled for a specific time but these were brought forward without prior warning. The other negative was the location of the disabled toilets in conjunction to the Draeing room
There were obviously big positives. The Drawing Room was set up fantastically and looked amazing on the day. The decision to stay outside or go inside was given over to us which kept us involved and all the main staff we dealt with were brilliant. The venue and grounds are lovely and we still had an incredible day.
