This special Exclusive Use Package promises a unique occasion, with complete exclusivity of the hotel and the flexibility to offer bedrooms to your guests. Package includes:

• Three Classic bedrooms for the night prior to your wedding including breakfast
• Exclusive use of the hotel and grounds from 1pm to 6am the following morning
• A selection of bedrooms including our six feature suites with an online bedroom booking service for your wedding party
• A dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator from our experienced events team
• Our Master of Ceremonies to take care of your every need on your wedding day
• Use of our two getting ready rooms for the morning of your wedding
• Private use of function rooms including our games room, cinema and state rooms
• Use of the Victorian Orangery or the Orangery Pond for your ceremony and our beautiful hotel, grounds
  and gardens for those all-important photographs
• Use of our lawn games
• Complimentary use of Chiavari chairs
• Complimentary menu tasting with wine
• A glass of Prosecco or Pimm’s for your reception drink
• A selection of three canapés per person
• Set or pre-ordered choice three course wedding meal from our extensive seasonal menus
• Freshly brewed tea and coffee
• Four bottles of filtered water per table
• Half a bottle of house wine per person or the equivalent value towards a wine of your choosing
• A glass of Prosecco for your toast per person
• The Crystal Bar as a dedicated cocktail bar

You may wish to pass on the bedroom cost to your guests requiring accommodation by setting a rate of your
choosing. For example, based on a price of £200 per bedroom, per night and using 40 bedrooms, this equates
to a reduction of £8,000 which would be refunded to you after the wedding.

Available 7 days a week throughout October, November and December 2027.

Saturday: based on 70 guests and 40 bedrooms at £16,000

Thursday, Friday, Sunday: based on 60 guests and 30 bedrooms at £14,000

Monday to Wednesday: based on 50 guests and 25 bedrooms at £11,000
