Facilities and Capacity

At Brook Meadow, you can spend your day by the lakeside or in the woodlands, depending on your vision. Lakeside celebrations include rental of the whole site, including the luxury glamping grounds and lakeside lodges. The space is suitable for a teepee, sail, or stretch tent. Whichever structure you choose, you're free to customize it and make it your own, bringing your dream venue to life. Guests are free to provide their own tent if they want to stay overnight. The grounds offer enough space to set up a glamping village, creating a festival feel for your guests. There are also three comfortable self-catering lodges available to use and 4 devine glamping options, perfect for a restful night after a busy day. Parking is available onsite for added convenience.

The woodland wedding ceremony space has space to seat 100 on straw bales in a woodland clearing. Between the woodlands there is additional space to position a teepee. Tepepe or tent hire for either the off grid woodland venure or the lakeside option are currently at your own cost.

As an exclusive-use site, this property offers peace and privacy while you celebrate your milestone. There are 24 electric hook-up pitches, in addition to 70 non-electric pitches. This venue is pet friendly, allowing you to commemorate your love with your four-legged friend by your side. You could hire a glamping village to up the level of camping luxury for your guests and you could ask your guests to pay for the accomodation they use. You can do as much or as little as you like and we offer a wedding planning service if required.
