From our first meeting with Beth and walking around the grounds with Rocky to the day of our wedding, the team here at Shearsby Bath were genuinely amazing. I don't say that lightly as planning a wedding isn't always easy/ straightforward but myself and husband agreed that on the day of our wedding, Beth and the team were on it, they were in control and we didn't have to sort anything out. We felt relaxed, confident in the team and able to enjoy our wedding day.

Through the process of planning our wedding, Beth and the team were helpful, they listened to every question and suggestion and helped us understand what we needed to do.

We are so grateful for this place. It is a beautiful venue with the building and marquee but also the stunning grounds around the place. The sun sets over Shearsby Bath by the waterfall so it gives great lighting.

I could keep going with all the ways Beth helped us but the list would keep going.

What can we say and where do we start?!

We had the most amazing wedding day at Shearsby Bath on 10.10.2026! From start to finish, our planning and build up experience was made effortless thanks to Grace and Jemma, who were always on hand to offer support, advice and guidance. I forgot about so many details that we needed to consider and Grace would always remind me in a gentle and positive way, and I am so grateful she did. Nothing was too much trouble.

We met Dee late on into our planning but she was like a breath of fresh air! Both Dee and Grace helped us with setting up the venue prior to our wedding day (in addition to offering emotional support when things felt a little overwhelming). They also ensured anything personal to us e.g. photos of loved ones lost, were returned to us after, and they even helped us pack things away. Thank you both so much!

Beer that Shearsby Bath didn’t usually supply was ordered in especially for us and the running order of the day went seamlessly due to Grace’s excellent planning, organisation skills and exceptional communication with any external suppliers. Grace also helped me to keep a surprise for my husband and our guests a secret for the whole duration leading up to the day which wasn’t an easy feat but was well worth it! The owner Gary was also extremely friendly, accommodating and flexible, working hard quietly in the background to ensure we had the perfect day.

Our Registrars, Rachel & Margaret, were the most lovely of ladies who knew the venue well and showed true professionalism before, during and after our ceremony. They helped us both feel relaxed, offering support and understanding during some very nerve wracking moments. We can’t forget their great sense of humour too! Thank you so much to you both for being such a huge part of our special day.

We had the amazing Lizzie (Violinist) for our ceremony and drinks reception. Lizzie went above and beyond to learn a song to accompany our son singing a solo during our signing of the register. We highly recommend Lizzie to anyone and she created such a special atmosphere. A huge talent too! Thank you, Lizzie!

We also had John (saxophonist) to play to our guests during the wedding breakfast and he even learnt a song especially for us. An exceptional talent and he kept the mood engaging and upbeat! Again, we would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you, John!

The food was exceptional with many guests still commenting on the quality and good sized portions to keep everyone full until the amazing hog roast on the evening! We also had a wonderful tasting experience prior to the day so we could make our informed choices as to what we wanted to have on the menu. AMAZING! Our compliments to the chef!!

We had Ben (Shot Differently) as our photographer…he was so kind, patient, laid back, calm, and he read the room (and guests) like a dream! Nothing was too much trouble and he captured our day just the way we had wanted. He also came up with ideas, inspiration and suggestions for photo-shots that we would never have even thought of or considered. We felt very lucky to have Ben and would highly recommend! Thank you, Ben!

DJ Steve, the best in-house DJ, was so flexible and accommodating, although I think he had trouble getting our guests to go home because he did such a great job at reading the dance floor and atmosphere! A true professional and he paid so much attention to detail from timings to song choices and even song requests. So thank you DJ Steve, you made our day and would highly recommend!

We also must mention Whites Florists who provided our beautiful flowers which were truly stunning and they had a very long shelf life, allowing us to enjoy the arrangements and bouquets well beyond our wedding day.

We sourced our wedding cake locally to us from The Cake Shop in Bedworth. This was beautifully designed to our taste and presented on a wooden cake slice, with a choice of three flavors to suit all our guests. The chef even kept any remaining cake refrigerated for us for a few days after the wedding which we were able to collect, enjoy ourselves (as we didn’t eat any on the day) and share with guests who were unable to make the day. This was a very welcome and special touch.

Shearsby Bath were highly flexible, organised, accommodating and extremely patient with us. They worked closely with us to create the vision we had always dreamed of for our wedding day. The tiny attention to detail such as the love lettering on the hill, garden games, amazing staff and beautiful countryside venue, made our wedding day one we will never forget and will cherish forever.

So, thank you to all staff and suppliers at Shearsby Bath for helping us have the best day of our lives…we can’t wait to visit again to enjoy future experiences and live entertainment that will take us back to that special day!

We got married at Shearsby Bath in June, and we honestly could not recommend it highly enough.

When we were choosing our venue, it came down to Shearsby Bath and a nearby Manor House. What tipped the scales in Shearsby’s favour was the incredible staff – so helpful, flexible, and genuinely invested in making the day perfect. We opted for the luxury package, which included almost everything you could dream of: flowers, décor, cake, car, food, photographer, videographer, and more. The vendors they work with are absolutely phenomenal and made everything stress-free.

The venue itself is stunning, with different rooms that work beautifully for each part of the day. Our guests loved how the spaces flowed and we received so many compliments about the setting.

A huge part of what made our experience so special was Beth, our event coordinator. Having been an event planner myself for several years, I can honestly say she is one of the best I’ve worked with. Calm, personable, and endlessly helpful, she struck the perfect balance between offering professional guidance and respecting our own style and vision. Her communication and responsiveness were invaluable throughout the planning process, making everything smooth and stress-free. On the day itself, Beth was there to ensure everything ran flawlessly before handing over to her colleague Biba, who was equally excellent and ensured a seamless continuation.

If we had to mention one small downside, it would be the lack of on-site accommodation for guests. However, Shearsby Bath provided a great list of nearby B&Bs and hotels, which worked out perfectly.

We are so grateful to Beth and the entire Shearsby Bath team for putting so much care and attention into creating our dream wedding. It was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you for giving us the most perfect day!

From the smooth, elegant registry ceremony to the fun, bustling energy of the evening reception, you were both absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. The team were excellent with flexibility and making the venue align with our guests and type of wedding.


The venue was beyond anything we could have hoped for, and your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. Our guests are still raving about the delicious food and the breathtaking grounds—truly unforgettable! We’re also so grateful the weather held out, it really was the cherry on top.



Even in the evening, everyone was up and dancing and that was something we were a little nervous about! But you both made us feel completely at ease, and everything flowed so naturally. It turned out to be even better than we imagined.

We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding. From start to finish, our experience with Shearsby Bath has been phenomenal. They are responsive, pay attention to detail, take great pride in what they do, and you can tell that curating a perfect wedding experience is their bread and butter. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. The venue is so beautiful, the staff are so friendly, professional and welcoming. The food was the most amazing food we have ever had! Everyone was talking about it.

We had the best day. We really cannot put into words just how wonderful it really was.

My nephew has severe allergies to most things and the staff went out of their way to go and source things that he could have so he wasn’t left out. This included the meal and even the sweet cart.

I just wish we could do it all again ❤️

It looked stunning on the day and we couldn’t fault it! Thought it was good value for money in comparison to other local places too.

We got married at Shearsby Bath last week and we could not possibly sing higher praises about how amazing all of the staff made the experience for us.

The venue itself is stunning and everyone has been so exceptionally helpful and wonderful during the planning and going above and beyond on the day itself to make sure it was as stress free and seamless as possible.

The chef was incredible and all guests enjoyed the food.

Big shout out to DJ Steve who played absolute bangers and kept us all dancing until the end of the night. We had so many guests mention how good the music was.

We haven't stopped smiling and don't think we ever will! We have no doubts we picked the perfect venue. Thank you so much for making us and our guests feel so special.

For context, we had a full day Hindu Wedding ceremony in the marquee, Civil Ceremony in the Old Spa Room followed by drinks and reception in the evening. A full day event to say the least. Our caterer was their in-house Indian chef who was beyond amazing.

The Shearsby Bath team, and the venue, are awesome. Only way I can put it.

Beth and Biba were so helpful throughout our planning process and the day itself. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Neither my bride, guests or I had any issues.

They were so helpful and made our day that much more enjoyable for us, and our guests. Their in-house catering team were amazing too. Guests have been raving on about the food for weeks. So much so, we came back for Sunday Lunch a couple of weeks later for my birthday (where Beth & Biba, once again, went above and beyond to look after us).

We've truly enjoyed our time with them as a client, and I'd like to think we've become friends.

Our wedding was at Shearsby Bath this August and it was the most incredible day! Throughout the whole planning process, Shearsby were so adaptable with what we wanted. During this process, my original wedding coordinator left and we was passed over to Beth and she was absolutely fantastic!! She was incredibly kind, caring and understanding, which made this process a whole lot less stressful that I’d have thought it would be. The run up to the wedding was great and contact with Shearsby (Beth) was amazing, she kept me calm and made sure all the last minute touches were in place. The wedding itself was beautiful and it was just the best day! All of the staff at Shearsby were so welcoming and they ensured our day ran smoothly. The whole day was fantastic and all of our guests commented on our gorgeous the venue was and how incredible the day was. We went for the complete package and had quite a few guest added but Shearsby were really adaptable to the extra guests and the dietary requirements (halal). Everybody was raving about the food for weeks after and still today (6 weeks later) people say to me that they could eat our wedding food again - we went for the Asian cuisine! Overall, I would highly recommend Shearsby Bath as a wedding venue and would like to thank them, from the bottom of our hearts, for such a wondrous day!

From the first point of contact to leaving the morning after the wedding, Beth and her team were fantastic. The packages are perfectly put together to make sure you can get exactly what you want from your day . We were able to turn up on the day and enjoy every moment without worry ,being gently guided through the day with exceptional service , decor and entertainment. The calmness of the staff and the way they go above and beyond to help bridal party and guest was something else . In particular support my Dad who is disabled , they made everything so much easier for him which made his day too! We had compliment after compliment about the venue and staff and came away having had the best day of our lives . I would recommend as highly as possible for a stress free, wow factor wedding where every detail is attended to! Thanks guys you made this an unforgettable day xx

Shearsby Bath were amazing from start to finish. We had our wedding in May 2024 and the whole team at Shearsby Bath were accommodating. Beth listened to everything we wanted and made our magical day a reality. The food was so delicious, compliments to chef Rishi. We received endless compliments for the venue, staff and food. We were so pleased with the service we received from Shearsby Bath. Thank you all for making our wedding day a magical day.

We had our wedding here nearly week ago I literally had no idea how to organise a wedding ! we had a smaller wedding package which was so simple to understand , I really enjoyed organising the parts of my wedding that I needed to , if I didn't know or needed some advice i just emailed Beth who always emailed me straight back she was so chilled out but very professional so I had nothing to worry about ever.
The venue looked beautiful on the day .
The food was amazing all the staff we're great & friendly.
I would highly recommend shersbybath its so lovely here . We will becoming back here again for Sunday dinners during the winter month's.

An absolutely beautiful venue which caters for all. I was super happy and with the hospitality, service and professionalism that this venue provides. All the staff, especially Beth was accommodating and looked after us until the very end. Everything was beautifully done and we were so grateful we were able to enjoy our special day at this venue. All the guest thoroughly enjoyed the food and some that were specially catered for! I would absolutely recommend this venue ☺️
