Such a great venue that really show its class when you're experiencing the day itself with steam trains passing by the beautiful countryside views. A fabulous space which lends itself to a 'less is more' decoration style. Lastly but not least; the wedding team is second to none - they really know their job and make the day run smoothly taking the unexpected in their stride and making sure that you don't have to think about logistics.

The Old Cow Shed is the most special wedding venue. We got married there on an extremely windy day (thanks Storm Amy!), but the owners, Helen and Simon, made the day flow seamlessly despite having to change around some of our original layout plans. The space is incredible and the shed is just stunning. We stayed at the attached barn with our families and enjoyed every second of the weekend. Helen and Simon were there if we needed anything and you can tell that they are true experts in running weddings. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a quirky, relaxed and unique wedding venue. Emma and Andrew

Castle View is the most beautiful wedding venue we could have ever dreamed of! Set in the most stunning location, it provided the perfect backdrop for our special day—absolutely breathtaking from every angle. Ellie is truly incredible. From the planning stages to the wedding day itself, she was so flexible and supportive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel so at ease, and her attention to detail was second to none. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the venue! Everyone was blown away by how beautiful it was, with so many people asking us about it throughout the day. It was wonderful to hear that they loved it as much as we did! Ellie’s team was equally fantastic. If there was ever anything we needed on the day, they were there in an instant, helping quickly and discreetly. Their efforts ensured that every little detail was polished to perfection, allowing us to relax and enjoy the moment. We can’t thank Ellie and her amazing team enough for making our wedding day so magical. It really is such a special place!
