Beach House With Sea View and Pool is an ideal setting for intimate and medium-sized weddings, able to host up to 100 guests at a time. Since the venue is licensed for civil ceremonies, you're welcome to host each element of your wedding weekend, from your vows to your dances. The house contains seven bedrooms with enough beds to sleep up to 11 people and beanbag bedding to sleep up to three. On the ground floor is a spacious living room, with a smart TV and cosy furnishings to enjoy relaxed get-togethers with your wedding party. Also present is a kitchen, breakfast room, games room, and dining room that seat up to 12 guests at a time. Bi-fold doors open to the lush garden and pool, where your guests can enjoy canapes and cocktails in a lush, private setting. Bedrooms are present on the first and second floors, where you and your loved ones can wake up to stunning views of the sea. Parking is available onsite for up to three cars, with the option for road parking near Bolton Close.
