Facility and Capacity
The Arta Glasgow team is passionate about creating memorable experiences. Spacious and inviting, the events area is set across three floors. This allows guests to flow seamlessly between rooms, socialising in style. The internal courtyard provides a light and airy aesthetic that is perfect for any special occasion. Complete with rich, earthy tones, cobbled tiles and rustic decor, this dynamic space is ideal for an early breakfast or nighttime drink. It seats up to 34 guests but has room for 60 people if a lively night is on the cards. In the Gold Room, the wedding party can dance the night away. Holding up to 100 people or 60 seated when set for dinner, this room is perfect for creating timeless memories. Newlyweds can wine and dine with their nearest and dearest, delighting in the impressive paintings that decorate the rich, gold interiors. Connected by a hallway and bar, they can follow the pathway from the Gold Room right into the Red Room. Here, luscious deep tones of red create a romantic ambience not to be missed. This area is perfect for intimate gatherings of 70 people. For couples wanting to dine under twinkling lights, the room can hold up to 40 seated guests.

Best day ever!
The venue itself was fun, quirky, and loved by all of our guests. It had such a unique charm and character, and we loved how bespoke the packages were—allowing us to tailor everything to suit our vision perfectly
It truly was the most magical day ever. The whole celebration looked and felt perfect, with minimal fuss, letting us relax and really soak up every moment.
And we HAVE to mention the food—we had the most amazing tapas, and everyone commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. It was fresh, full of flavour, and served with such style.
If you're looking for a venue that’s personal, full of character, and run by a team who genuinely care, this is it. Nothing was too much for them, and we’ll forever be grateful for how special they made our day.

We also wanted to add some personal touches, and Heather was incredibly supportive in helping us bring those to life. For example, we had a display table with the bride’s and groom’s favourite sweets, fun props for photos, and more. I was also grateful for the opportunity to personally arrange the decorations and centrepieces at the venue.
The service on the day itself exceeded all expectations. Steven kept everything running smoothly – keeping us on time, announcing speeches, and making sure we were happy throughout. Meanwhile, Heather worked quietly in the background to ensure everything flowed seamlessly. The waiting and bar staff were busy but cheerful, which really contributed to the warm and celebratory atmosphere.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the perfect timing. They appreciated not having to wait around, loved the food, and were impressed by the venue. Many commented on how unique and special the wedding felt. Thanks to the Arta team, our wedding was absolutely stunning and unforgettable from beginning to end.

From the minute we viewed it, to the overall experience from start to finish was simply amazing. Nothing was a problem , nothing was a stress for ourselves or the venue. From the communication on the run up to the big day, the visits In between and the actual day itself. The staff made everything run without a hitch , I was a nervous wreck on the morning and the staff were so calming and so helpful. The venue is so unique and stunning!!!! We’ve had so many compliments on our wedding and the decor of the place. Just a really stunning venue. If you’re thinking about getting married here please do it you will not regret it!! The most amazing day of our lives and Arta will always hold a special place in our hearts!

The Arta team was very responsive, supportive and reactive to any changes we made to the day's plans. They are experts in wedding planning and gave us lots of good advice that helped ensure our day went as smoothly as possible, especially considering we had 100+ Guests.
The wedding planner, Heather, was a great support during the last few stressful weeks of planning and helped take the pressure of organising off of us. We were also so impressed by the restaurant manager, bar staff and fantastic compère for the evening - who quickly and seamlessly understood our vibe and matched the energy, bringing lots of fun.
Everything from planning, food and drinks, the first dance, and not forgetting the iconic and memorable petal drop, was so magical. Thank you, Arta team, for the best day of our life.
To any couples considering Arta, I couldn't rate them any higher. The venue is unreal, and the team involved were excellent. I wish we could do it all over again!
