Here at Rose, Paper, Scissors we think your wedding stationery should be as unique and wonderful as you are and be a true reflection of your own love story and personality as a couple.
 
Your wedding invitations are the first glimpse that your guests get of your wedding celebrations, they set the tone and give them a feel of whats to come, causing excitement for months in the lead up to your special day!

We offer 2 types of wedding stationery to suit every couples needs - we have a collection of pre-designed stationery sets, some of which can be altered to match your wedding colours!
 
We also offer a completely bespoke design service where we work with you closely to create one of a kind stationery items. For our bespoke work, our style changes depending on the couple we are working with and we adapt to suit your own likes, your venure or your theme, if you have one. 
 
Our designs are modern, fresh and impactful - perfect for fun, untraditional couples. We love to work with unusual formats - stationery doesn't have to be paper based! We can offer wooden signs, acrylic table names and fabric banners to name a few! All of our stationery ranges can come in the following items: save the dates, invitations, order of service, menus, table plans, place names, table names and signs.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I need to start thinking about my wedding invitations?

If you would like your wedding stationery to match, it is good idea to at least start thinking about your invitations before you send your save the dates out. If you have already sent your save the dates out, I would suggest to allow 2 months before you wish to send your invitations out for bespoke orders or 1 month before if you are ordering pre-designed invitations.

Is there a required minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is 50 for save the dates or invitations. However, if you are having less guests than this, do get in touch and we can create a custom quote for you - each item will work out a little more expensive though than the costs featured on my website.

How much is postage and packaging for orders?

Most orders will cost £7.99 postage and packaging. If you live in London, you can come and collect from me in person if you wish.

What are the forms of payment?

Payment is via BACS or PayPal at an additional cost of 3.5% of your total order.

Does the invitation cost also cover the printing?

Yes, all costs on my website are inclusive of printing.

Is there a limited selection of invitation styles or can they be customised?

We can create bespoke designs based on any style that you wish!

What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?

This depends on each individual case, please get in touch for a custom quote.

What are your delivery times?

Once you have signed off the final artwork for your stationery, please allow 7-10 days for you to receive them.

What other services do you provide?

We offer styling services and also photography services - please take a look at our website for more details.

What kind of printing do you offer?

We can print on lots of different materials, using different techniques like foiling and laser cutting. Please note we do not print in-house.

9am - 6pm Monday - Friday

When should I send out my save the dates?

As soon as you have your venue sorted and secured, it is good to send out save the dates to make sure your guests can make it and haven't booked anything else on your wedding date. Depending on how long your engagement period is, I would suggest about 10 -12 months in advance is helpful for guests.

When should I send out my wedding invitations?

Ideally you would send your wedding invitations out about 3 - 5 months before your wedding day to give your guests enough time to book accommodation and travel. If you are having a destination wedding, it would be best to send them out at least 6 months before if possible.
