Hi, I'm Jess! I own Jeccabox, a luxury wedding stationery business based in Lancashire. I work with couples across the UK, providing a wide range of stationery including save the dates, invitations, on the day stationery, thank you cards and everything in between! I predominantly offer bespoke wedding stationery, but I also have collections online, which are of the highest quality and ready to shop.
I absolutely love my job, it's a huge privilege to work with so many couples on such an important day of their lives. I'll work with you every step of the way to come up with a suite of stationery that you truly fall in love with.
PS: If you're wondering (I get asked this a lot...) Jeccabox is the nickname my parents gave me as a child, and it stuck!
Bespoke Wedding Stationery
My bespoke wedding stationery service is made just for you; think unique designs and thoughtful details, all in a collaborative process where your ideas, inspiration and preferences all come together on paper.
From first concepts to final print, we’ll work together to come up with a suite of stationery you fall in love with.
Hot it Works
Stage one: You get in touch, telling me everything you know so far about your Big Day. We swoon. We pretend it's totally normal if you bring along a 27-page Pinterest board or a pre-prepared slide deck (in all seriousness, I absolutely LOVE seeing your inspiration, so the more saved pins the better, in my book).
I'll send over a quote with a little more information about the way I work and the process, and if you're happy to go ahead, this is when the deposit is paid.
Stage two: I'll initially prepare several design ideas based on everything we've discussed so far. We then work together to narrow down to your perfect suite of designs. There's no limit to the amendments I'll make to get to a design that you both totally fall in love with.
Once you're happy with the final designs, the remaining balance is paid and I send everything to print. I use a variety of brilliant printers who I totally trust to provide the highest quality printed pieces.
Stage three: Once I receive your stationery from the printers, I'll quality check and assemble everything and send on to you via tracked postage (usually Royal Mail Tracked 24).
I absolutely love working with couples, understanding your vision for your wedding day, working together to come up with your perfect designs, ensuring you end up with the perfect end product that you fall in love with.

When do I need to start thinking about my wedding invitations?
I tend to recommend sending wedding invitations between 6 months before your wedding day. It really depends how much information you need back from guests, do you need their menu choices? Do you need to know if they're booking accommodation at your wedding venue? Try to give yourself as much time as possible, but also give your guests enough time to respond!
Is there a required minimum order?
There is no required minimum order when placing an order with me, all my quotes are bespoke to you and your requirements.
Do you offer envelope printing?
Yes, absolutely. I offer premium 130gsm envelopes which are available in a variety of colours.
How much is postage and packaging for orders?
Postage and packaging are always included in the quote provided. All of my orders are always sent by tracked postage.
What are the forms of payment?
I'll send you a quote and if you're happy with this, I'll then send you information to by the deposit by BACS. Depending on how much you're order, the whole order will be split out into 2-4 payments, and each payment is requested at design approval stage before I send your order to print.
Does the invitation cost also cover the printing?
Yes, all quotes cover design, printing, luxury envelopes, and tracked delivery to you.
Is there a limited selection of invitation styles, or can they be customised?
All quotes are bespoke so that a new design will be created with each order. However, if you love a design of mine, I can use elements or all of it.
What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?
There is no minimum order with Jeccabox, so there is no charge!
What are your delivery times?
My turnaround time is usually around 6-8 weeks, but I can often work quicker if needed, so just let me know your deadline when you contact me.
Do you do national mailing?
If you want me to send out your invitations, that's no problem. A price can be included in your quote.
What other services do you provide?
I design all aspects of wedding stationery and signage, from save the dates to invitations to all on the day stationery and thank-you cards thereafter. I also create personalised cards and party stationery. If you can't see a piece you're looking for within my photos, don't worry! Let me know your ideas and vision, and I'll come back to you with a cost. Anything is possible!
