Established in County Durham in 2020 we have helped many couples celebrate their special day with our unique take on the 'traditional' wedding stationery.

Our bespoke designs put our customers right at the centre of their big day, adding other touches including pets and children, if this is desired.

We work with you to make your stationery memorable and unique to you, offering packages which fit around you and your big day.

All our stationery is designed in our home based studio in County Durham. Printing takes place in either our studio, Sheffield or Kent (for particular finishes). All our card and paper is sustainably sourced card from The Lake District, England from a papermill which focuses on reducing deforestation and water use.

Delivery

For some weddings in County Durham, North Yorkshire and Northumberland we are able to offer set up of table plans and personally deliver stationery direct to your chosen venue, if required. for other weddings we are able to send the stationery to yourself via courier or we can liase with your venue to have the stationery delivered directly.

Lead time:

We require at least one months notice for wedding packages and bespoke invitations/save the dates. If your wedding is taking place in a shorter timeframe we will work with you to see what is possible

What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?

If we are lucky enough to be chosen by you to help celebrate your big day we will work with you to create a package including all the stationery you would like - no extra charge for smaller weddings

What are your delivery times?

Once we have finalised your stationery, depending on the products purchased, your required destination and date we will book a courier to deliver your items to your chosen destination as required

Do you do national mailing?

Yes

What is the charge for national mailing?

This will be included in your invoice/agreement before the commencement of any design work. The price depends on amounts and products ordered but it is usually around £10 (or less)

Operating hours:

We are usually open Monday-Sunday and aim to reply to customers within 24 hours - during school holiday times this can be longer

What are the forms of payment?

We will raise an invoice/agreement for the customer which can be paid by card (debit or credit) or bank transfer. Any banking fees will be included in the overall price
