When do I need to start thinking about my wedding invitations?
We recommend sending wedding invitations between 3 and 6 months before your wedding day. Factors to think about are menu choices and whether you need to know your guests' food options, accommodation and whether you to need book rooms etc. Try and give yourself as much time as possible, but also your guests enough time to respond!
Is there a required minimum order?
There is no required minimum order when placing an order with Jeccabox
How much is postage and packaging for orders?
Postage and packaging is within the quote given. All quotes are bespoke to you, meaning better value for each customer that orders with us. Delivery is often free with orders, too!
What are the forms of payment?
Payment is currently made by BACS and payment terms are 50% deposit to secure the order and 50% remaining payment paid upon approval of designs. We design until you are 100% happy so you can be sure to have the perfect outcome when working with Jeccabox.
What is the charge for national mailing?
Postage and packaging is within the quote given. All quotes are bespoke to you, meaning better value for each customer that orders with us. Delivery is often free with orders, too! If you would like us to send out your invitations for you, that's no problem at all and a price can be given within your quote.
Does the invitation cost also cover the printing?
Yes, all quotes cover design, printing, envelopes and delivery to you.
Is there a limited selection of invitation styles or can they be customised?
All quotes are bespoke, meaning a new design is created with each order. Having said this, if you have seen a design of ours that you love, we can use elements or all of that.
What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?
There is no minimum order with Jeccabox, so no charge!
What are your delivery times?
Our turnaround time is around 6-8 weeks but we can often work quicker if we need to, so just let us know your deadline when getting in touch
Do you do national mailing?
If you would like us to send out your invitations for you, that's no problem at all and a price can be given within your quote.
What other services do you provide?
Jeccabox supplies all aspects of wedding stationery from save the dates, to invitations, to all on the day stationery and thank you cards thereafter. We also create personalised cards, party stationery and business stationery. If you can't see a piece you're looking for within our photos, don't worry! We can discuss your requirements with you and work with our brilliant printers to fulfil your requirements.
What kind of printing do you offer?
We offer printing on a wide range of card stocks and we also offer metallic foiling. Foiling is done on one side of the piece of stationery and can be done in gold, silver, copper, rose gold, red, blue and green. Personalised pieces cannot be printed in foil at this time.
