When do I need to start thinking about my wedding invitations?
I recommend at least 6 months prior to the date you’d like to send your invitations
Is there a required minimum order?
No
How much is postage and packaging for orders?
Post and packing depends on the weight of your parcel but it usually averages around £6.00
What are the forms of payment?
You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal (fir a small additional fee) or cash on collection.
What is the charge for national mailing?
I offer one free sample of your favourite design which is posted out to you - all free of charge.
Does the invitation cost also cover the printing?
The cost covers all printing. There is a small charge of £10 if you’d like guests names printing.
Is there a limited selection of invitation styles or can they be customised?
All my designs can be customised. Colours can be changed. Designs elements can be changed.
What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?
No minimum order requirements
What are your delivery times?
Depends on the time of year but I recommend ordering at least 3 months prior to the date you’d like to receive your order ( only numbers are required at this stage, which can be amended slightly if necessary at a future date)

What other services do you provide?
I also design bespoke stationery if you don’t see an existing design you like.?
What kind of printing do you offer?
All printing is included in the cost of each item except for guest names
Operating hours:
I am available for consultations during must weekdays and evenings and Saturdays. I will answer correspondence by email or via Facebook within one working day.
