When we were planning our wedding we wanted to ensure that Dexter our family lab was included.
Ellis was incredible, she managed to work with both dogs, Dexter and Lola and managed to ensure that they were both well cared for and as happy as they could be.
She was adaptable when plans changed last minute and we would book her again in a heartbeat.

We knew we wanted our 1.5 year old Golden Retriever, Basil, involved in our wedding, but didn’t think it was possible due to naturally him being a boisterous handful at his age.
We can truly say we were blown away at how much of a professional Ellis was and how much her services made our wedding perfect. From the moment we booked, Ellis’ communication was great, organising a time to meet us and get to know Basil who instantly took a liking to her. Ellis walked Basil down the aisle to deliver our rings and helped us to capture some incredible photos together, and looked after him beautifully while we enjoyed the wedding. We would recommend her to absolutely anyone, she had such control over Basil and really cared about his wellbeing, taking him for sniff walks around the grounds before then interacting with people again. We are so grateful to her for making our wedding so perfect by allowing us to include our beloved dog. Thank you!

We are so glad that we booked the lovely Ellis to look after our dogs on our wedding day in June this year! Ellis was friendly, professional and wonderful with our two dogs, who very quickly warmed to her! We felt so at ease knowing they were in the perfect hands and having a great time with Ellis. She sent us regular updates and brought our doggies to the venue so they could be a part of our special day. She had also organised gorgeous matching collars and leads which was very special. Ellis was wonderful with our chihuahua, Coco. Very easy to talk to, super friendly and felt comfortable to leave coco in her hands! Coco is a nervous dog with strangers and Ellis was understanding and knew what to do. Weddings are so hectic and she ensured we had photos with Coco and kept the rings safe before she came down the aisle! Very trustworthy and recommend her!!

We were desperate to have our labradoodle, Nelson be part of our day but didn't want to put any of our guests out. Ellis was an absolute superstar and we are so glad we booked her to look after him on the day!

From the get go, Ellis was thorough with communication and made sure we knew exactly how the day was going to run from her side in regards to Nelson. She was there from the very start and made sure that Nelson was able to say hi to all of his friends and family, as well as fulfill his duties as ring bearer. During photographs, Ellis was on hand to ensure the photographer captured Nelson's good side and used great distraction to do this (we can't wait to see the pictures!)

We would highly recommend Ellis for peace of mind that your pup will have an equally amazing day at your wedding and will feel included from start to finish. Nelson was kept entertained all day and he certainly enjoyed every second he was with Ellis!

Ellis was wonderful and made it possible for us to have our two dogs as part of our wedding at Pennyhill Park without any stress or worry.

She looked after them both the evening before the wedding and on the wedding day itself, making sure they were walked, fed, entertained, and most importantly for me – well rested and had enough sleep.

She kept us updated with photos throughout the day and even learned a few words in my native language to use with the dogs😄.

As Ellis knows the hotel and staff very well, everything ran incredibly smoothly. And, of course, our dogs felt happy and comfortable with her!

We couldn’t have been happier with the service Ellis provided for our dog, Ralph, during our wedding weekend. From meeting with us several times in advance to get to know Ralph, to looking after him so well on the big day, everything was handled with such care and professionalism.

Ellis kept us updated throughout the weekend with regular photos and messages, which gave us real peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding knowing Ralph was happy, comfortable, and in safe hands.

She also brought Ralph to our wedding for photos and provided him with a personalised collar, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was clear how much she genuinely cared about making the experience special for both Ralph and us.

Ellis looked after our 3 year old Corgi Halloumi for our wedding at Hedsor House on 24th May 2026.

In the run up to the wedding Ellis was incredibly communicative, meeting us in person over Christmas when we were in the area to be introduced to Halloumi and speaking to us on zoom to align on the finer details of the day (including Halloumi’s attendance). What came through in all our interactions was Ellis’ dedication to the couple she is working with and the dogs in her care. She gave great advice on how best to have Halloumi involved in the day and even created a bespoke collar and lead set as a moment for her.

On the day itself, which was in the midst of a heatwave, Ellis was focussed on Halloumi’s welfare thought out. She made sure she had plenty of water and wasn’t overwhelmed by the excitement of the day. She ensured Halloumi was there for photos and was quickly able to return (having said hi to some of her favourite people) to the comfort and calm of an air conditioned room.

It is a testament to the bond Ellis can form with a dog in her care, that in a short period of time Halloumi became completely enamoured with Ellis and was very sad when she was handed back over to us the next morning.

Throughout the day, Ellis provided WhatsApp updates on Halloumi so we were always confident she was safe, happy and in good hands.

In short, if you want your four legged family member as part of your day, we cannot recommend Ellis and her services enough! She is truly a wonderful person and an incredible carer for dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities!

We used Ellis for her dog chaperone wedding service and it was amazing. She was so easy to contact in the lead up to the wedding, boarded the dogs the night of the wedding and dropped them off the next day at the wedding venue. It was so smooth and it was a real comfort to have our dogs there during our special day, while also knowing that they were in great hands and everything was being taken care of by Ellis. We are very grateful for everything Ellis did for us and would highly recommend her to other couples! She also took some amazing photos of our dogs during the wedding day, which we absolutely love!

Ellis’s service was first-class from start to finish. Our three dogs are so precious to us that only the best would do for them. On our wedding day, Ellis took all the stress out of the worry of who would look after our three dogs. Ellis arranged for them all to have sophisticated and high quality collars and leads.

Ellis made our day even more special by taking care of our dachshund, Hunter, and coordinating his involvement in our big day. She added thoughtful details, such as personalised accessories of our choice that matched our theme! She was very attentive, and since Hunter can be quite anxious, she knew exactly how to calm him down. We could tell that Hunter thoroughly enjoyed his walks and evening cuddles. Before our wedding we had never left Simba with anyone. I was so so nervous about him spending time with someone new and staying over night however from the moment we met Ellis she really comforted us about this. When she met Simba he warmed to her instantly and we could tell she would take great care of him! Thanks to Ellis we were able to have Simba as part of our wedding as a ring bearer. She even got him ready in his cute tux and custom lead and collar which she provided. We had updates throughout the night that we was happy and safe! Thanks again Ellis! I would highly recommend Ellis and her services! It was so special to have our fluffy boy on our big day and Ellis made it possible! You can tell Ellis absolutely adores dogs and made Cooper’s stay very comfortable he absolutely loved it!

We hired Ellis to look after our nervous Lab for our wedding in April 2025. From the get go Ellis was fantastic with both our Lab and us! Everything was communicated clearly so on the wedding day the handover and coming to the wedding for photos went smoothly.
