The Renewal Method™ is a unique relationship gift created for couples beginning married life together. Rather than another traditional wedding gift, it gives couples something they can return to long after the wedding day.
Designed as an annual relationship tradition, The Renewal Method encourages couples to set aside one evening each year to reflect on the year they have shared, talk about what matters to them and look ahead to the life they are building together.
The beautifully presented boxed edition includes guided questions, exercises and a keepsake booklet, allowing couples to capture memories and create a record of their relationship as the years pass.
Created by author and relationship coach Jacqueline Cook, The Renewal Method is positive and proactive. It is not counselling or therapy. It is simply dedicated time for two people to reconnect, communicate and make their relationship a priority.

The idea for The Renewal Method™ came from founder Jacqueline Cook's own experience of over 30 years of marriage, alongside her background in relationship coaching. She recognised how easily couples can become caught up in everyday life without making time to reflect on their relationship.
She created The Renewal Method to introduce a positive new tradition for couples at every stage of their journey. One evening, once a year, to review, renew and reconnect. Not therapy or counselling, just dedicated time for the relationship they are building together.

Hello, I'm Jacqueline, the founder and creator of The Renewal Method™.
I'm a qualified holistic life coach, author and someone who has experienced over 30 years of marriage. Through both my personal experiences and my work, I've come to understand that lasting relationships aren't simply about falling in love. They're about continuing to grow, communicate and choose each other through every stage of life.
I created The Renewal Method because I believe the relationship deserves just as much attention and celebration as the wedding itself.
The Renewal Method is a thoughtfully designed annual relationship-renewal experience that encourages couples to pause, reflect on their journey together, celebrate their memories and look forward to another year of growing together.
My hope is that it becomes a beautiful yearly tradition for couples, beginning with their wedding and continuing through all the chapters of their lives.
Because the wedding is just the beginning. The love story is everything that follows.
