As an experienced perfectionist planner with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the most classic yet stylish weddings, I only deliver perfectly timeless and impeccably planned weddings in London and throughout the UK.
Often working with modern, busy couples, I ensure that your lives do not need to be put on hold to organise your wedding. I work with your schedules and lifestyles to ensure that you have the most memorable wedding without spending hours of your precious time planning.
Along with my deep-rooted passion for weddings and a strong drive for excellence for my couples, I bring together like-minded, exceptionally talented suppliers to create your completely bespoke and personalised wedding day like no other.
I work with only a select number of couples each year to ensure that I can fully immerse myself in each and every event, giving you the time and attention you need and deserve. This allows me to get to know you on a deeply personal level, understanding your vision and pairing you with wonderful, like-minded suppliers that understand your wedding and deliver to the highest of standards.
My focus when creating your event is the wonderful guest experience, their reactions when they first walk into the room and ensuring that your event is unforgettable in the correct ways. You want your guests to remember your wedding for being 'so you' and having those personal touches so that your wedding does not feel like all the others that they have been to, with this in mind, after confirming your key suppliers, I have a detailed process whereby we look at the finer details and finishing touches to ensure that nothing is missed and you & your guests really do have the best time, with it all looking very beautiful at the same time!
In a nutshell, I have perfected my planning process to ensure that together, we really do create the day that you both will adore and will never want to end, but in a simple and straightforward way, so you really won't feel like wedding planning is hard work! I really do want you to enjoy the planning process (and, of course, your wedding day!) and truly get excited about it all, so that's exactly how you'll feel when working with us!

Incredible is an understatement!
Her connections, excitement for, and know-how of the wedding industry were invaluably helpful as we had a marquee wedding at a venue that required us to bring all of our suppliers in. In the year leading up to our big day, Poppy helped us create a timeline for hiring suppliers and walked us through the planning steps - making something that could be quite stressful feel easy and fun. She helped research suppliers for us, provided multiple fabulous options, and was an incredible liaison between us and our suppliers.
When July rolled around we couldn't have been more ecstatic with the outcome of our day - everything looked incredible, and was SO organized. Neither of us felt anxious or nervous about the planning throughout the entire process, as we always knew Poppy would be on it. When it came to our wedding day, there were 40MPH gale winds that meant we had to change our entire ceremony and cocktail hour flow (and set-up) at the last minute. Poppy and her team were seamless in the changes and showed no sign of stress, which made us feel completely relaxed. Poppy and her team truly went above and beyond (with Poppy even holding our marquee shut while the wind kept the door flapping open!) Our guests and family couldn't stop raving about how wonderful she was and what an incredible job she did to make our day feel so special.
I could continue, but overall, Poppy is an absolute rockstar and helped make our day perfect. She truly just "gets it" and is your wedding's biggest cheerleader. Her positivity and kind-heartedness is unmatched, and we just loved working with her! If you're thinking about a wedding planner, we could not recommend Poppy enough. Lucky for us, in the end, she's not just a wedding planner, she is a friend, and we're so lucky to have met and worked with her!
Professional & Fantastic - 10/10
We used Poppy for ‘on-the-day coordination’ as we decided to organise the other elements of the wedding ourselves. Poppy is not just in contact for the month before the wedding, but from the moment you hire her she is always around for advice. She puts your mind at ease to make you feel as relaxed as possible going into the wedding.

A Protest won’t stop her - superwoman
One huge surprise on the wedding day was that there was a protest happening around the hotel that we were staying in, which made it impossible for my wedding car to collect me! This was no problem for Poppy, myself and the bridal team, as we marched through the angry protesters and waved down a black cab. I won’t forget that added excitement just before I got married!
