Wedding Set-Up

Perfect if you’ve planned everything yourself but need an experienced pair of hands to bring it all together. I can oversee and assist with venue set-up, styling and finishing touches, coordinate arriving suppliers and make sure everything is ready before you and your guests arrive.

Wedding Morning Coordination

Enjoy getting ready without being pulled away to deal with last-minute questions. I’ll take care of the behind-the-scenes organisation, including supplier arrivals, venue preparations, final styling details, dress steaming where required, registrar and ceremony coordination, and keeping everyone on schedule ready for your ceremony.

Full-Day Wedding Coordination

For complete peace of mind, I can be there from the preparations through to your evening celebrations. I’ll manage your wedding timeline, liaise with your venue and suppliers, oversee the ceremony and reception transitions, coordinate key moments and quietly deal with any unexpected issues along the way.

Whichever option you choose, we’ll have a planning meeting beforehand so I can get to know you, understand your plans and go through your timings, suppliers and all those important little details.
