The Final Detail is a wedding coordination service based in Winchester, supporting couples across Hampshire who want to enjoy their wedding without having to manage it.

Founded by Lauren Ashley-Dutton, The Final Detail brings together Lauren’s background in hospitality and operations with her love of creating memorable experiences. Having spent years working with and for some incredible people across hospitality, events and the local community, she understands what it takes behind the scenes to bring people, timings and details together seamlessly.

The idea was born while Lauren was planning her own last minute Winchester wedding reception from thousands of miles away in Miami. Even when everything was technically “planned”, she realised just how much was still left to coordinate in those final few weeks and how valuable it would be to have someone else take responsibility for bringing it all together.

Lauren takes the time to genuinely get to know each couple, not just their timeline. She wants to understand what matters to them, the atmosphere they’re creating and the little details that make their wedding personal. The aim isn’t simply to know the wedding plan, but to understand why they planned it that way.

Through The Final Detail, couples can hand over their plans and know there is someone behind the scenes coordinating suppliers, managing timings, answering questions and keeping everything moving.

With signature final-weeks coordination alongside bespoke support and one-to-one consultations, the approach is always personal, calm and tailored to what each couple actually needs.

Because by the time the wedding day arrives, they shouldn’t still be organising it. They should simply get to be the ones getting married.
