Overall Experience

We honestly could not have asked for a better planning and coordination team for our wedding day. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the professionalism and structure Tefa Events brought to the process. The detailed schedule and timelines they created immediately reassured us that our wedding was in capable hands.

What stood out the most was their communication, organisation and attention to detail. The team maintained constant contact with all our vendors and ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. In the final days leading up to the wedding, we barely had to worry about anything because they had already taken control of every detail.

Our bridal and groom assistants were also exceptional. They handled everything so seamlessly throughout the day and made sure both of us felt calm, supported and well looked after at every moment. From helping with little details to ensuring things stayed on schedule, they truly made the day feel stress-free and organised.

One particular highlight was how seamlessly they handled communication with our DJ. Every instruction we passed on was communicated clearly and executed perfectly without us needing to step in at all.

The coordination between the team, MC, vendors and venue was incredibly smooth, and the entire day felt organised, calm and beautifully managed.

My wife and I are sincerely grateful to Tefa Events for helping us create such a memorable wedding day. Their dedication, professionalism and genuine care truly speak for themselves.

Amazing and Intentional experience

Tega was honestly such a calming presence throughout the wedding process. From the little details to making sure everything felt intentional and peaceful, she went above and beyond to make the day special.

One thing that really stood out was how supported and cared for we felt on the wedding morning. She handled everything so professionally while still feeling warm and personal. Nothing ever felt too much for her.
