Perfect for couples who have planned everything and need professional assistance to ensure their day runs smoothly, especially for marquee or dry hire weddings. For venue weddings, we’ll liaise with venue staff and external suppliers, managing logistics and serving as the main point of contact.

This service includes:

• A site visit to understand your vision & the flow of the day.

• Access to our recommended suppliers and 24/7 support for advice.

• A check-in call 6 weeks before to co-create your detailed ‘on-the-day’ timeline. Following this call we would take over vendor coordination including confirming supplier arrivals and requirements.

• A day-before walkthrough and assistance with set up (location dependent).

• On the day managing every logistical detail, so you can relax and enjoy each moment stress-free.
