KOVA helped our wedding run perfectly

We booked Katy as our venue was 'dry hire' so pretty much do it yourself! We knew we would need to have someone to coordinate the day, but not necessarily help us plan the wedding. We found KOVA events online and Katy immediately made time for us to go through our requirements, and no question was too much trouble for her. We had a number of catch ups with her in the lead up to our big day, and we were so impressed with how organised she was. Every detail was captured in her function sheet and no stone was left untutrned. On the day everything ran to precise timing, and we didn't have to worry about a thing as Katy was on it! she liaised with all of our suppliers so we didn't have to, and worked behind the scenes to ensure everything was going ok. We couldn't have had such a perfect day without Katy. We would recommend to anyone needing either full wedding planning or on the day coordination like us.

Professional, friendly, planning with a smile!

A magical Midsummer Night’s Dream wedding day come true! - Katy was onboard with our concept from our initial meeting, she sourced suppliers, communicated regularly and was an essential part of our fabulous day.

From the very simple things like carrying my bag, lighting hundreds of tea lights to thorough and detailed itinerary and timing plans, Katy is professional, efficient, reliable, friendly and always there with a smile!

Katy enabled us to relax and enjoy the day - there are always little things that do not go quite as expected so it was invaluable to be able to trust Katy to work her magic behind the scenes and she did!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Katy - Kova Support for her wedding and party planning services.

If you’re hosting a party, the ultimate key to success is Katy! She embodies calm, confidence, and a “can-do” attitude, remaining completely unphased no matter what comes her way. Her extensive network within the industry makes organising effortless, and it’s clear she’s highly respected—suppliers love working with her, which makes everything run even more smoothly.

Katy’s exceptional coordination skills were the hub of the entire event and she went above and beyond to ensure the evening unfolded perfectly, staying far later than expected to guarantee every little detail was flawless. In our case, she even managed to keep everything grounded amidst 60mph winds! Her professionalism and care are second to none, I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Brilliant wedding coordinator, made our day amazing!

It was only 1 month before our wedding that we decided to look at getting a wedding coordinator on board. I found Katy as she was so local to our venue and we instantly hit it off on a zoom call. Looking back now I honestly can't even imagine how our wedding day would've gone without Katy. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I'm a bit of a control freak and having Katy there allowed me and my husband to relax and enjoy the day without having to worry about the little things. She was so professional, friendly, kind and helpful, we trusted her completely to make sure everything ran smoothly and it did! I cant sing her praises enough, she was invaluable. Almost wish I had another big event to plan so I could get Katy on board again, because I absolutely would! Thank you Katy :)

Absolutely invaluable

I just wanted to start off by saying a massive thanks to Katy! I honestly don't know how we would have managed our day without you.

The morning of the wedding you didn't only help me set up the final bits but you allowed me some breathing space ahead of the cermeony to gather myself and get ready. Thank you also for giving me words of encouragement before the ceremony too.

Throughout the day everything was just taken care of and it really allowed us to really take in our day and not worry about the small things.
