Wow, wow, wow - thank you Ivy and Gold for giving us the most amazing wedding flowers we could ever have imagined! We got married at South Place Hotel in London and saw firsthand how amazing Amy and her team were at flowers through the installation in the Secret Garden bar. We instantly knew we wanted them to do our flowers for us! Ivy and Gold only do a small number of weddings per year and we were so lucky to grab that last spot!

We had a May wedding and didn’t have a specific colour theme but knew we wanted pastels. Amy took that away and created the dreamiest colour palette with amazing purples, blues, yellows and creams. It was exactly what we wanted!

I have always loved wisteria and Amy and her team transformed our ceremony and wedding breakfast room to have an amazing ceiling installation of vines and flowers hanging down. It just looked so amazing and walking into that room, it was better than I imagined!

They don’t just do flowers too - we had lovely pastel candles and gold holders, mini vases and they can provide further decor accessories. You can tell Ivy and Gold what you want and Amy comes back with an extensive document with options and all the information of how things will look and go on the day. We were unable to have a the larger wedding we were planning due to family health so Amy from Ivy and Gold was a true blessing! She calmed us both when we couldn’t have all our friends with us and created the most beautiful day for us all. Autumn colours and nature overtaking and every single detail she created was SO beautiful. Our venue was a large converted warehouse - Paintworks in Bristol and so it felt like anything was possible as it is an empty space, which was exciting! From the proposal of how our beginning ideas will be translated into the space along with Amy’s ideas and incredible floristry skills, we were so excited as she understood perfectly what we wanted! Nothing was ever too much trouble, we had a large set up the day before and Amy and her team - Rosie had a smile on their face the whole time! I first met Amy in 2019 where she created the most beautiful flower display I had ever seen at the bar that I had hired out for my engagement party. I knew then that I needed her expertise for my wedding.
Amy put so much time and effort to ensure that my vision came to life, especially considering our wedding was cancelled twice due to COVID, our venue changed and then in turn so did the specification that I was working with.
Amy went above and beyond on numerous occasions and offered help in various stressful situations, which quite frankly she absolutely didn’t have to get involved with but she was always more than happy to help, and Amy ALWAYS has a lovely smile on her face.
Her work is truly magnificent. Amy was so patient with me throughout all the changes, the anxiety and the stress that planning a wedding can cause.
I’ve never seen attention to detail and creative flare quite like hers! Her talent is unbelievable and she is just such a pleasure to work with, she is so lovely, warm and friendly and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She really put so much care and attention to ensure I was happy, she really made me feel at ease and came back to all of my (many) queries promptly. Amy really does care about her clients, which I think is so important for any bride when working with wedding suppliers.

Ivy & Gold did all our planning support, florals and styling for our wedding and the work was absolutely amazing - beyond what we could have dreamt up! From the start, Amy took so much time to understand what we wanted, bringing brilliant ideas of how we could elevate our space (and pretty much every single one we ended up doing!). The flowers Amy and team organised for our wedding in the Cotswolds were beyond our dreams! Jess, Evie and Rosie were amazing - they arrived early and got cracking straight away without any hand holding. Rosie absolutely transformed the pub terrace we were having our ceremony in, everyone was gobsmacked. And Jess and Evie created the most beautiful button holes, bouquets and table decorations. The arrangements were really vibrant, full and creatively put together to make them feel wild and rustic. I wish we could have kept everything forever! Ivy & Gold Studio helped with organising and styling our wedding in June. Amy is clearly very experienced and could offer lots of useful ideas and suggestions for food, timings for the day, DJs etc. We had a caterer we wanted to use and Amy and her team communicated so well with them which really eased a lot of stress for us.
Amy was also mindful of budget and made sure that we got value for money whilst achieving the look we wanted. The flowers which she and her team arranged were so beautiful and I still cannot get over how blown away we were when we came out of the church and into the marquee.
