Ello! I’m John. A Music obesessed, Tea Drinking, science geek wedding photographer based in Cambridge who loves cheeky couples doing their wedding their way!
So, your wedding is going to have lots of grinning, tears, dancing, drinking, silliness, smiley faces and the occasional bit of falling over…probably. The chilled, informal way I shoot wedding photography and the constant smile on my face lets you and your guests be yourselves. I’ll be your hype man, your shoulder to lean on, your advisory team, your man in the know.
I can capture the nerves in the morning, the tears of the wedding ceremony, the downed shots and funky moves in the evening! I’ll be that extra guest, just capturing it all and making you, your guests, your day, your party look awesome!

Services Offered
If you're doing your wedding YOUR way, then I want to hear about it. The more unique, the better. Are you fun loving, happy go lucky and want to someone to capture the love, smiles, tears, happiness? Let me know. For my main, all day, unlimited hours (within reason) package, I include:
- Consultations for getting to know the happy couple
- Unlimited hours, within reason, so that each moment is documented
- Private online galleries for viewing and downloading images
- Albums with the VERY least 450 images
- A sneak peek a few days after the event
- Access to an online shop for discounted prints and albums
- A presentation box and USB with a highlight slideshow
- And my happy, smiley face with all the expertise and experience I bring with me.

Relaxed and chilled as possible so we aren't getting overly schmaltzy images. A few little games and me making an idiot of myself usually gets the laughs! The rest I just blend in with the guests

A cheeky and fun photographer – exactly what we wanted for our day!
After looking through John’s webpages and socials, we knew that both his photography style and his personality were so aligned with what we wanted for our day; fun and relaxed, but also to the point and on it!
We had our consultation call, and the honest and open chat was really refreshing, where John ensured that we really considered what we wanted from the day and the kind of person we wanted to spend a lot of the day with – and we knew that he was going to be our photographer!
After booking, the process through to the week before was so simple and John was so on top of things, keeping everything slowly moving forwards without being overwhelming or demanding – he kept us right on track and we were calm knowing that we were in safe, experienced hands!
On the day John was so calm and ready to handle both of our crazy families – which he did flawlessly! He went out of his way to ensure that we were able to get the group shots and portraits that we wanted, while also capturing the fun creative shots we wanted – like both of us getting Rugby line out shots, which will most definitely be going up in our home! He also made sure that we got everything done in a quick fashion, so that we were able to be really present and engaged in our day and enjoy all of the food, drinks and time spent with our important people!
Now for the photos, which are just WOW! Words cannot describe how amazed and in awe both we and our families are of the stunning shots that John was able to capture! From the funny and silly shots to the wedding portraits, we have the perfect blend of pictures that truly capture how we are as a couple, and to do that from a series of images just shows the amazing talent that he has!
