Green Lily really made our vision come to life, from the very first meeting I could tell Precious just knew exactly what I wanted and in the following months she guided us into decisions that we never knew we needed to make. The communication from Green Lily was excellent, I always felt I could message them with any questions I had no matter the time of day. They are true professionals in what they do, really the best of the best. Our wedding day was smooth, fun, organised and everything we dreamt of! I can't believe I thought I didn't need a wedding planner because honestly finding and choosing Green Lily was the best decision I ever made. I felt listened to throughout the whole process and gave the best advice on things I clearly had no idea about. Thank you Green Lily- it's a day I will never forget. -

Perfect planners for the perfect day
We hired Green Lily Wedding Planning & Bar Service for our dry-hire wedding in May 2026, including their coordination services the day before the wedding and Sean to run the bar on the day.
Hiring a wedding planner wasn't something we had originally budgeted for, but looking back, it was the best money we spent. Having the Green Lily team there meant we could actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about what might go wrong. If there were any issues, we didn't even know about them because they had everything under control and made sure the focus was on us having the best day.
After our initial planning calls with Precious, we felt confident that everything was well organised. She clearly mapped out the planning process and, in the weeks leading up to the wedding, took over communication with our suppliers. Any last-minute changes or problems were dealt with professionally and efficiently, which took a huge amount of stress off us.
Precious, Sean and JC helped with the setup the day before the wedding, and their experience really showed. They thought about all the little details, from the positioning of signs and mirrors to dealing with last minute supplier hiccups without any worry. Having people who knew exactly what they were doing made a big difference and we knew we were in the best hands for our big day.
Sean and the bar team were also fantastic - the service was always quick and friendly. Every drink was made exactly as we wanted, and there was never a queue.
The whole team was organised, approachable and genuinely great fun to be around. They made the day run smoothly and allowed us to relax and enjoy it. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our big day so amazing. We would thoroughly recommend Green Lily to anyone planning their wedding, or needing an on the day co-ordinator.

We hired Green Lily Events to be our on-the-day coordinators around 6 months before our wedding after a panic that we'd taken on more than we could manage - and we were correct!
From before the ceremony even started they'd settled nerves, helped a minor dress hiccup and event fanned an overheated bride haha!
Precious, Sean & JC were on hand all day organising, sorting, fixing and decorating our wedding spaces helping bring our vision to life seamlessly.
Their professionalism throughout the day was unmatched and they were always around when we needed (sometimes it felt like before we even knew we needed them!!)
We could not recommend them enough and if doing it all again would definitely have brought them on sooner to help with the organisation of the whole event - this no doubt would have been an even more seamless process going into the day. However even with the service they provided us picking up all the details 2nd hand from a very over-tired couple weeks before the wedding, they were able to gather everything we could give them and run the day to perfection.
We couldn't recommend them more to help make your day as incredible as ours!

We cannot recommend Green Lily Events and Green Lily Bars enough. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail made the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable.
What really stood out was how they thought of things we hadn’t even considered. Every little detail was carefully planned and coordinated, which meant we could truly relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was in safe hands. The team anticipated problems before they happened, kept everything running smoothly, and created such a warm and fun atmosphere for us and our guests.
We absolutely loved the cocktails provided by Green Lily Bars (Sean), delicious, and such a talking point among our guests all evening. The bar service itself was flawless, with such friendly and attentive staff who helped make the celebration feel even more special.
A special mention has to go to Precious, the owner of Green Lily Events, who was such a joy to have as part of our day. Her energy, warmth, and genuine care shone through in everything she did. You can truly see how much she and the whole team love what they do, and that passion made all the difference. Having someone so dedicated and invested in making our wedding unforgettable was incredibly reassuring and special.
Thanks to Green Lily Events and Green Lily Bars, our wedding was more perfect than we could have imagined. We are so grateful for all their hard work, care, and dedication, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning a special event.

We booked Green Lily to help plan our wedding in October, with a quick planning turnaround of ~6 months!
The process was very smooth, with GL finding lots of different suppliers at different price points to suit our needs. The co-ordination on the day was first class, and we managed to fit two great ceremonies on the same day, in two locations, without a hitch! Precious was great to work with, was always available and kept us updated throughout - thank you so much for all your help! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better team!
Precious, Sean, and JP arrived the day before the wedding and set up all of our tables, arranged our decorations, and made everything look absolutely beautiful.
In meetings before our event, Precious was able to offer us really helpful advice on the running of the day and ensured everything stayed perfectly on schedule (our wedding took place at my partner’s family home).
Sean also ran the bar perfectly, he gave us great advice on which drinks to serve, and everything went so smoothly on both the wedding day and our day two.
We didn’t have a single worry knowing they had everything under control. Thank you so much team Green Lily for making our day stress-free and unforgettable! 🧡 -

We chose Green Lily as our wedding planners for our three-day wedding in France in September 2025, and it was without doubt the best decision we made! From the very first day, Sean and Precious were there to support us, manage every supplier, and turn our vision into reality.
They brought a calm, organised, and professional energy to everything they did, which made the entire experience so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Every detail was perfectly executed, and the weekend ran seamlessly thanks to their hard work and dedication.

Where do we even begin with Green Lily?! Precious and Sean were absolutely sensational from start to finish — they truly made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more!
When we first started planning, we had no clear idea of what we wanted, but Green Lily helped us figure it out so effortlessly. From choosing the perfect location and venue, to recommending the best suppliers, and nailing every last detail on the day — everything was flawless.
They completely took the stress out of the entire planning process. With both of us working full-time and juggling life with a 2.5-year-old, there’s no way we could have done it without them.
Not only are Precious and Sean incredible at what they do, but by the end, they genuinely felt like friends — we honestly didn’t want to say goodbye!
As for the wedding day itself, it was seamless from beginning to end. We can’t think of a single thing that went wrong or wasn’t perfect. Precious and Sean were by our side through every decision, fully supporting our ideas and making sure everything reflected us. We always felt they had our backs completely.
